It was very, very hot in the room and there was no frash air. It was impossible to open the window because the handle was remooved. There is no airconditioning designed to cool the room. As the receptionist explained it was set only for heating.

- Location/price good, was my main criterion for choosing ab - hotel staff friendly, smiling, helpful - First few days of our stay the room conditioner was heating, not cooling, we had to open windows and it was noisy - there are no lavatory pan bruches (or whatever is the right word for this) in bathrooms... not clear how the guests are supposed to clean the pan between the room cleanings - in my friend's room there was not a single hook for towels, in our room there was only one fo the two of us... why? - breakfast: all the same every day with very limited choice, after three days we could no longer eat it.

The size of the room and bathroom was very good especially in a city. The reception staff were not very helpful or friendly.The air con. didn't work properly and the shower head couldn't be adjusted. The room looked very 'tired'.

Breakfast had good selection of foods bedrooms quite spacious within walking distance of Sants station (10/15 minutes) The wardrobes could do to being larger shower/bath controls a little awkward to use

From the time we arrived until we left we had no problems. The staff really were first class, rooms clean and tidy and well appointed. I am in a wheelchair and I could acess everything even the underground ar park.

Everything was great. Big comfortable rooms, roomy bathroom, daily cleaning service. Plus it was near the city's main attractions for those who can take a 20minute walk, or a 5minute ride with the bus or metro. Totally a worth for its price. The only problem I can think of (minor really) was the wifi. It was open alright, but you had to have a code you asked from the reception which expired every 2 days. It was slow as well. But the receptionists were really helpful to give as the codes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location - we were going to the Camp Nou. Good access for Metro and Sants Estacio.

Its a very good standard 3 star hotel, it has big rooms and big bathrooms. I have stayed in many hotels in Barcelona and this 3 star hotel is better than a lot of 4 star hotels here. Peaceful, sound insulated hotel. I will stay here again. Nice reception staff. Good vale for money. The bar is a bit soulless

I liked the location, it takes only about 20 minutes to get to Plaza Catalunya which is the heart of the city and has connections with everything else in Barcelona. Except one lady at the reception, all hotel staff was great! Internet WiFi drops off often, but good idea the computer always on, always internet connected downstairs. Price of the hotel us ok, comparing with others, I'd not so bad.

Internet worked very badly and was not available often. If available it worked only in certain areas of the room (I stayed on the first floor), or in the corridor. I was not the only guest complaining. The tv channels despite the booklet in the room announcing various languages were in Catalan and Spanish only.

Very big and good beds, big rooms, airco was working, friendly staff that speaks english. Good breakfast. We booked 2 rooms, in one of these rooms was a lot of street noise. Luckily the staff moved us to another room on the other side of the hotel.

Front desk staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. No unwanted disturbances from staff whilst in room. Location - not particularly close to metro stations and slightly too far from centre to make walking a viable option (unless time is not an issue).

“My journey at this hotel was great. The stuff were very friendly and all of them speak english fluently. The room service was excelent (the towels were changed daily, the bed is made as in the first day and the floor was cleaned every day), the men from the reception were well informed and their behaviour was a diplomatic and a polite one) the food at breakfast was plently, various and traditional, the goegrafic position permits you to travel anywhere in the city (two stations to "Saints" - a very important transport hub).
