Everything was great. Big comfortable rooms, roomy bathroom, daily cleaning service. Plus it was near the city's main attractions for those who can take a 20minute walk, or a 5minute ride with the bus or metro. Totally a worth for its price.

The only problem I can think of (minor really) was the wifi. It was open alright, but you had to have a code you asked from the reception which expired every 2 days. It was slow as well. But the receptionists were really helpful to give as the codes.

Really good hotel, amazing breakfast, good location, rooms were cleaned every day, although there were some mould in ours..

It was easy to find as it was situated on the corner of a main road. The breakfast buffet was great, as there was a good range and variety of food to choose from. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff did a great job in cleaning so when you got back at the end of the day it was like walking into the room for the first time. The value for money was great although the rooms were basic they were comfortable.

There wasn't enough towels in the bathroom, really there should be two big towels per person. Also they should get different pillows the ones they had were thin and long, and not particularly comfortable. Lastly some of the staff at the front desk could be quite rude and uninviting, this behaviour I felt was unacceptable as we are paying guests and as such do demand some respect and the least the desk staff can do is to behave and to interact in a friendly and welcoming manner.

The hotel is well situated, near railway station, not far from downtown or Sagrada Familia (especially if you like walking as I do). Quiet spacious room, a/c working well

The hotel needs refurbishment: furniture is old and worn out, water on the floor in the bathroom after you had a shower (leaking from somewhere), TV set is out of order completely

Friendly receptionists. Location close to Sants estación with airport connection.

From the time we arrived until we left we had no problems. The staff really were first class, rooms clean and tidy and well appointed. I am in a wheelchair and I could acess everything even the underground ar park.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location - we were going to the Camp Nou. Good access for Metro and Sants Estacio.

A bit noisy street during the night or early morning

Its a very good standard 3 star hotel, it has big rooms and big bathrooms. I have stayed in many hotels in Barcelona and this 3 star hotel is better than a lot of 4 star hotels here. Peaceful, sound insulated hotel. I will stay here again. Nice reception staff. Good vale for money.

The bar is a bit soulless

Internet worked very badly and was not available often. If available it worked only in certain areas of the room (I stayed on the first floor), or in the corridor. I was not the only guest complaining. The tv channels despite the booklet in the room announcing various languages were in Catalan and Spanish only.
