Location was excellent staff was helpful most of the time

I had booked 2 rooms for my sister with breakfast. When she arrived they said she did not get breakfast and she said fine because it was more economical for her. Then on second day they realized the mistake and we said we would not pay for the 4 breakfasts we did not eat. They said we had to ---finally the staff persons said they would pay for it since it was their mistaake. I told them that was not right the hotel should pick up the cost (although no food was consumed therefore the hotel was not out of anything). They siad that is how it would work out. HOwever, when my sister went to check out they tried to bill her for it. I was very disappointed in how this transpired. Although the location is excellent and it was a lovely hotel I am not sure I can recommend it. Also please be advised walls are paper thin and ou can hear every thing from other rooms!

The hotel was like new, ultra modern, very clean. The staff was very helpful.

Great staff. Great location. A good restaurant and cafe in the same street.

1) I had requested one front room with balcony and one quiet back room before arrival via Booking.com. On arrival I was allocated 2 front rooms. These suffer from street noise at night and the choice is between leaving the window closed, which causes the room to become hot and stuffy at night, or opening the window to the noise. Staff were very helpful in changing the room on the second day. 2) Wifi is advertised as available but proved to be very sporadic. System needed rebooting by reception each time I needed to use laptop.

Ottima posizione...la fermata della metro è a cinque minuti di cammino!

L'hotel, apparentemente accogliente, nasconde mille insidie legate alla cattiva manutenzione. Siamo restati per ben quattro notti al freddo (la temperatura esterna era di 6 gradi e al max nella camera 15!!), con lo sciacquone del water non funzionante, porta della camera elettronica che non si apriva più, tappo della vasca che non si sollevava, tubo della doccetta inutilizzabile perchè rotto alla base. A fronte di tutti questi problemi era stato concordato col personale alla reception uno sconto che al momento della partenza non ci è stato accordato, ma cambiato nell'omaggio di una colazione. Beh...la serietà in questo hotel non è di casa!!!

La cortesia e disponibilità del personale, la dimensione non troppo grande che fa sentire quasi ospiti in una abitazione privata, la posizione ideale per la visita alla città. La prima notte non era disponibile la camera richiesta (una tripla). L'hotel ci ha proposto due doppie sullo stesso piano e, per scusarsi, ha offerto la prima colazione gratuita per tutti I tre giorni del soggiorno,

Le dimensioni di alcune camere sono relativamente piccole. Le camere affacciate sulla strada principale possono essere un po' rumorose il sabato sera.

L'arredamento dell'albergo, la posizione ideale, in una strada tranquilla ma comunque vicina al centro della città. Ottimo il confort, bellissimo e ampio il bagno. Il garage a 10 euro al giorno è economico se confrontato con tanti altri.

I corridoi sono piuttosto bui, la stanza un po' calda e senza la possibilità di regolare la temperatura autonomamente.
