Antemare & Spa  

A VERY nice hotel near the beach and local shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was extremely good value. My trip was to see family and to have a mini break to see the sights of Barcelona. I would recommend this hotel to family and & friends and would be happy to stay again in the near future. The Hotel was clean, staff friendly, great spa, and Pool.

The rooms are a little outdated, the beds are not excately comfortable for the larger man, Id prefer large Kingsize bed. The towels are washed out and too small.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the pool and bar

The rooms were really uncomfortable and noisy. The cleaners came into my room when I told them not to. Tv was really old and didn't work. Generally just unpleasant.

The staff were friendly and polite. The pool area was very good. The room was very clean.

We obtained a good deal on the room, however the room itself felt as though it were part of the staff quarters. The balcony wasn't really a balcony more of a terrace with no view. The mini-bar fridge didn't work and nothing was done about it when it was reported. The housekeeping set up shop outside the bedroom door, which added to the impression that we were in staff quarters. However the room was clean and adequate, just not special.

This was our third visit to this hotel, its better than ever; the breakfast buffet is unsurpassable, its all very clean, the staff are friendly and efficient; whats not to like?

Great location, friendly staff and simple but good rooms with great pool. 15 minutes' walk from the main town along the beach and one street from the beach front.

Not 4* but good value for money - big rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location and great pool.

The hotel staff we very welcoming and non judgemental about the large number of lgbt visiters. There were several lgbt families. It was great to be able to relax without fear of being stared at. Great saltwater pool, jacozi, bar/restaurant facilities. A 15min walk from the main centre of sitges but one street back from the nicer, less busy, beaches on the front. We would definately stay here again even though the cost was a little expensive and the ensuite in the room needed a bit of a makeover. Km

The rooms are poor and frankly disappointing as is the Management approach to dealin with complaints. There is clearly a weak management and lack of presence with the younger staff running around like lunatics and the older lazy staff doing nothing other than being unhelpful. The experience was an expensive ant climax to be honest but the staff that were great were fantastic

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was first class with lovely big balcony. While quite a distance from the centre of Sitges, the walk was very pleasant along the sea front.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights and had a wonderful suite with circular bath and terrace for no extra payment. We may well just have been lucky but our room was made with fresh towels every day, the air con was a god send and the staff were very friendly and helfpul.

LOCATION and the Swmming pool

The room bed very uncomfortable with old bed sheets and covers the room is too small the breakfast is very limted as food options also the timing till 10:30 is too short for such a vacation place where pepole supposed to sleep till late.

Quick respons when ew complained about the beds.Unfartunately it did not help with the new mattresses.

The staff in the restaurant / bar did not give the same service to all. If it was because we did not speak Spanish or any other cause is hard to say. Got a discount card from Booking.com, which gave us 10% of what we eat or drink at the bar, caused problems among the staff because they do not know how to use it in their cash register system. The bar meny should be updated. Very bad beds in the hotel. The rooms were very small. Not a **** star comfort hotel.

It's situated in the quiet villa-area of Sitges from one street away from La Riera Xica beach, about 1.5km far away from the old town and the party area of Sitges. The staff is helpful and speaks english what is not so common in Spain.

The building is like a labyrinth if you have a room number started with 5.

The hotel Staff and the comfort, all the things that I was looking for I found it inside the Hotel, except the location, the hotel is a little bit far from the downtown.

The room was on the top floor so there was no noise from above. The room was very clean and spacious.

The price of food and drinks was very expensive. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. When I queried this with reception, the receptionist told me it was because Spanish people don't drink a lot of tea or coffee! Since when did a hotel only consider one nationality? I thought hotels were multi-national? In any case, I don't drink a lot of tea or coffee either but it would be nice to be able to make the occasional hot drink. Also the bar person was always in the dining room helping out so it was not easy to obtain service at the bar.

The hotel is in a great location, 10 min walk to the beach and sitges town. The hotel has the wow factor as you enter, the restaurant is really nice and the pool and outdoor areas are out of this world and really lived up to the 4 star rating.

The rooms were not upto standard, it was small, we booked a double and were given 2 single beds pushed together, the shower curtain smelt of urine. The hotel offer a safe in the room but there is a 25 euro deposit for the key and a daily charge. The staff were not very friendly and demanded payment for they stay on check in. The mini bar in the room, was not cold. All of the tiles on the balcony floor were cracked and had dirt between them. I have stayed at many 4 star hotels and the room I would rate as a 2 star.

El personal muy amable y atento, la relajacion bien, spa tal y como lo conozco (piscinas frio calor, camas acuaticas, salas de relajacion, circuito de agua)no lo tienen, pero el servicio de relax(masajes)me atendio una persona super amable.

Las instalaciones se han quedado un poco anticuadas para un hotel de cuatro estrellas,y nos quedamos sin luz en dos ocasiones, si bien es cierto que en seguida acudio un tecnico de mantenimiento para solucionar el problema
