Large rooms ,best to pay for sea view,ask for top floor ,very clen , Walls very thin,no internet in room,no real lounge,over priced in season price ,if you get first floor room with street noise you will be realy disapointed but by paying 12 euros extra for a top floor sea view (if you carnt get this try grand sol hotel next door only 2 star but equal to this place) its very nice

Beautiful hotel I would recommend asking for a sea view as the sunset is stunning. This hotel is further enough away from West End San An to have a thoroughly relaxing holiday and yet near enough to the clubbing nightlife that Ibiza is famous for should you wish to delve into it. The staff are friendly and couldn't do enough. There are also some very cool chill out bars with amazing views within walking distance. It is in San An but the nice part! Breakfast is only served until 10am .. It would have been much more convenient if they could have kept it going until 11am.

We stayed their last year. The location is great with just a short walk from Cafe del Mar/Cafe Mambo and the sunset strip in S. Antonio. Would recommend it to couples with young children.

Location wise, and the cleaneness of the hotel Air conditioning did not work in the 1 room out of the 2 we booked....Weather was very hot and humid and coming back to a hot room did not help...we asked numerous times for it to be fixed ac man would come do his best but new there was a fault but we were never offered an alternative room at any time of complaining

Buena insonorización y buena comida. El comedor orientado hacia la piscina queda genial. La habitación es bastante desahogada y la cocina quedaba coqueta, aunque no la utilizamos. La cama confortable, todo bien. Hubiera sido majestuoso conseguir habitación con vistas al mar, pero es mi sino: siempre me tocan las traseras. El parking cerrado gratuito es de agradecer. No me gustó que no hubiera ni un sólo cartel que señalase la dirección del hotel ni en el hotel mismo hay uno que se vea bien. El navegador me llevó a una calle sin salida y me tocó dar unas cuantas vueltas y preguntar a un par de personas hasta encontrarlo.

Hotel sencillo pero muy bien situado junto a su playa de arena y a unos 500m de las zonas de ambiente Cafe Mambo, Cafe del Mar, etc. a las que se accede a traves del paseo junto al mar y desde donde se puede disfrutar de maravillosas puestas de sol. Vale la pena reservar habitacion con vistas al mar, si es posible. Reservamos habitacion con vistas al mar por internet, pagando un suplemento de 11eu, pero al llegar dijeron que estaba completo y nos dieron una habitacion interior, sin vistas. Por lo demas, buen trato, buena comida, limpieza, tranquilidad, buena piscina/solarium. Bien.

Bra parkering under hotellet. Nära till Café Mambo mm. Frukosten var bra, ett plus för Cavan som fördrink till frukosten. Internet funkade ganska bra. Fin utsikt. Rummen skulle behöva en uppdatering ifråga om möblerna.

The atmosphere was nice, calm and quiet. Really helpful receptionists and nice staff, and it was next to the sea-side. We had a great week there, no issue!!

The best what was in the hotel was sea view and nice housekeepers. Thats it! The rest was like for 2 tar hotel not 4. I dont know who gave them 4 stars. And they shouldnt put that they have free internet in rooms becuse thats not true. When we came in there was no internet-broken. When we came back there after one week nternet was working but not in our room. When i was in Malag in 2 star hotel there was some drinks in the fridge-in 4 stars htel was nothing!I'm very unhappy to stay in this hotel. If you have any other choice don't take it

Buenas atencion por parte del personal, y buena ralacion calidad/precio. Tema pago de booking con hotel. Es decir pensaba que lo habia pagado todo a booking por medio de tarjeta y en el hotel tuve que pagar.

Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y el personal muy amable. Por la piscina y el hall, el hotel es 4*, pero mirando el interior de la habitación, es un 3*. Las camas no son buenas, las sábanas tienen bastantes años y el cubrecamas no tiene buen aspecto. El baño está correcto, pero como el de un 3* (creo recordar que no había más que sobres de gel y pastillas de jabón).
