Convenience to town centre. Parking was available. Very helpful staff. Good language skills The parking was nearly £14 per night - not mentioned you had to pay. No food was available between 11:00 and 20:30 |

Proximity to Cathedral and on-site parking It was difficult to find as all the approach roads were under repair. Had to abandon the car and search on foot for the hotel but once found the receptionist was very helpful in directing us to their small car park. |

Situado en el centro de la ciudad, el personal del hotel muy amable, todo facilidades, la habitación muy bien (exterior a una calle peatonal) y la experiencia muy recomendable. Servicio de parking muy cómodo con aparcacoches. |

Se trata de un hotel pequeño en el centro de Valladolid el cual no ofrece mas servicio que el de alojamiento. Considero que su categoria no debería ser superior a 3 estrellas. La total ausencia de servicios aparte del alojamiento tal y como se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas. |

centrico La habitación es muy poco confortable. Parece decorada por mi abuela que tiene mas de 70 años. La ropa de cama me da repelús. No entiendo como el hotel es de 4 estrellas. Yo le daría entre 2 y 3 pero no más, y esto es lo que resulta más frustrante. Además toda la calle esta en obras. |

Extra lang bed. Het continentaal ontbijt is uiterst beperkt. 1 fruitsap, 1 koffie, 1 koek. De bediening bij het avondmaal was practisch onbestaande, men had zelfs de gelegenheid niet iets te vragen. Het restaurant voor ontbijt en avondmaal is in de kelder en in het geheel niet gezellig. |
