Bel Air    

The staff were absolutely excellent and we were in a fantastic room overlooking the most beautiful beach! The balcony on floor three was as big as the room and we had such a lovely stay. The pool area was also lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Although beautiful, it did feel like a business hotel. I would have liked tea/ coffee making facilities in the room and perhaps breakfast included and a bar area to relax in rather than only having the use of the mini bar.

Location on the beach. Cleen comfortable room.

No tea and coffee facility and no bar or restaurant in hotel. Only drinks and snacks available were from the mini bar at the usual inflated mini bar prices.

The swimming pool was out of order Staff are on commission for taxis. Was told by them they didn't have 5 seater taxis however they did.

Very clean and comfortable. Great bus connection to Barcelona. Near good bars.

Staff were great reception and cleaning. Not all English speaking but very friendly and efficient. The location, right on the beach. Open the curtains and be met with the views, sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Whats not to like.

No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Plus the breakfast choice was not great. But planty of cafe's beachside to go to.

The location is absolutely perfect if you need stay overnight in order to catch an early flight from Barcelona AirPort. The staff are extremely helpful.

Great location , on the beach . Amazing view of the med from our balcony . 15 minute walk or 5 euro taxi to station , then 25 minutes by train & you are in the centre of Barcelona . Same price as city centre hostels , but 4* room , Owen bathroom , views to die for & no noise , all for an half hour train ride , no argument in my view , plan to bring my children here next year as was so nice .

Only moan , could have done with coffee making facility's in the room , that is my only moan , lol .

When we first arrived, the reception area/ foyer was very welcoming and the staff were extremely polite. The double bed was more like a super king size and very comfortable indeed. We stayed in room 208 and the view from the Balcony was spectacular. The Hotel was spotless. Fresh toiletries every morning without fail. Around 7pm each evening the Housekeeper would knock the door with 2 chocolates (seashells) with a lovely smile and also ask if you needed any fresh towels. All in all the Hotel provides an atmosphere of tranquility. Excellent choice

We were not advised how to open the Balcony shutters and had to phone down to reception for instructions. Maid starts knocking at room door from 9.50am to make up room. No kettle or cups in room but provided once asked. English speaking channels only came on after 5pm. BBC World News all day.

A stunning hotel with balcony overlooking the beach. Clean lines, modern design, good sized room and bathroom. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Near to nice bars and restaurants.

Bel Air has an excellent location, convenient to the Rail station for trips to Barcelona and to Sitges. Castellfedels has an excellent choice of restaurants. Our room overlooked the beach and it could not have been any better for views etc. We really appreciated the Bel Air staff who where 100% in every way.

We have no complaints about the Bel Air.

Elegant modern decor in lobby and rooms, unusually soft and comfortable beds, and a helpful and knowledgeable desk staff. Very glad I booked a room with an ocean view because the roomy and well-furnished balcony looked out directly onto a splendid expanse of world-class beach.

Irksome that the exterior balcony light cannot be controlled. Non-included breakfast buffet was undistinguished at 12 Euro per person.

The room was fantastic, the bed was hughe actually I think that it was bigger than a kingsize, the staff was very friendly and the views to the sea from the balcony of the room were amazing!

pictures of rooms with balcony show the same beach view like those of rooms with view...so it was a bit of a missunderstanding and it was a bit disappointing when I recognized the mistake at our arrival.

Very good hotel, excellent reception staff. Location on beach, premium required for room with beach view. Good location for bus to Barcelona, bus stop outside hotel.

Quite expensive in high season

On the beach. Near the airport. Very clean and comfortable.

Wifi did not work in our room as promised. Altho parking was adjacent to hotel, it was difficult to access.

A lot of mosquitoes in the hotel. Very thin walls, you can listen your neighbors.

The Bell Air hotel Is a mid size hotel, where you can wake up to the sound of the sea, It is located in the middle of a beautiful beach location. It is a short walk from restaurants without having a commercial feel to the area. The hotel is modern and extremely clean, the maid service you could not ask for any more. I would definately recommend this hotel for a stay outside the bustle of Barcelona. It does not have any entertainment which is part of is attraction to have a relaxing atmosphere. I hope we get the chance to go back to this perfectly formed hotel for a relaxing break.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location but do not understand how it can have four stars when it does not operate a bar or restaurant for dinner,only breakfast is served.
