The location was excellent for seeing Seville. The reception staff were particularly helpful and the hotel is extremely comfortable.

Our friend, travelling alone, had an inferior room with no safe and a view overlooking a car park. We also thought the breakfast expensive, chaotic and inferior to hotels of a similar standing we have stayed in.

Very friendly staff. Nice and central. Charming old decor (but needs a revamp) with patio rooms and garden. Breakfast very good

Friendly staff, without their help use of garage is impossible ( extremly narrow entrance & facility). Walking distance from most attractions in sevilla.

Air condition heating option is not working ( it matters when it is 10 c outside).

The fact that you have to pay so much extras for breakfast - around 13 euros per person). Considering the breakfast is just a simple continental breakfast, i think the price is just too expensive.

It was central to what we wanted to do so we could walk to everything. Really had the feel of being in old town and the place was charming. The breakfast was very thing one would want.

Comfortable design of rooms and the hotel itself. Location in the heart of old Seville town. I advise you to take your gps otherwise you can easily get lost on the way back to the hotel:)

Definitely not a 4star hotel. I asked for specific type of room to avoid noises and was "awarded" one by the patio were you could hear the waterfountain 24/7 and people going up n down a metal staircase. Also, a friend gave me a lift and asked to use the parking (that was empty) for a couple of hours and a) they staff refused to park it for us (it was a very narrow parking and we were in a rush) , b) they charged me full day rate (16 euros!!!) The room lacks any 4star accesories, such as toothpaste, shoe sponge, etc.....

1.no aircon as promised. 2.we got a small and stuffy room with a miniscule doublebed,however,offered a satisfactory room when complaining but then we checked out 3.difficult acces with car,very small garage.

If you want to stay in the old part of Seville then this hotel is ideal. Within a few minutes walk to restaurants and street life.

If you have a car, as we did, then never stay in the old city. I booked this hotel for a super price, city-centre and on-site parking. It took us 3 hours with a sat-nav and finally rented a taxi to find the hotel. The inner roads are so narrow that I ruined a tyre on the 5 door estate hire car because the roads were built for horse and cart.

Once you get there...little bit tricky, it is a great location from which to explore. Staff were friendly.

Hairs in the bath from previous occupants didnt fill me with confidence for room cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was spoiled by "instant" fruit juice machine...and weak coffee from a machine that couldn´t cope.

We liked the whole atmosphere of the old houses connected to each other and the lovely courtyards. There was a great mix of old and new furniture and the help with parking the car in the garage was great.

At night some very loud speaking people passed right under our window but suppose this can be expected when you are so close to everything.

Everything was fair, clean, nice room size, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and very clean. Well located too. We didnt have breakfast, as we found it too much 16€ per person.

Really noisy...Because the rooms are around a central main patio, you hear every single noise...recepcionist, doors, cleaning lady working...dissapointed on this aspect.

Location ok but not great

Terrible staff - rude, surly, aggressive. Room cold. Noisy from both inside and outside hotel. Huge lamp outside window shone brightly into room all night with inadequate curtains to block out. Shabby interior. Substandard breakfast, tea, coffee etc in polystyrene cups and expensive. Don't understand how this is 4 star hotel, it really doesn't deserve this rating. And the whole place faintly smelled of sick.

Good 3* hotel in te center, be ready to drive through narrow, small streets.

It was cold and drafty in the reception/sitting area also similar situation in the restaurant bar and dining area. This is an old and beautiful building with lovely staff but spoilt by cold sorrounding. We will go back on very warm winter days untill proper heating is installed.
