The location is fine. One can walk easily to the old part of town.
Hated the elevator for cars. The place was not our style and for some reason, the environment didn't feel right. Staff had an attitude.
Good place, staff is great, nice room, good breakfast many restaurants within 5 minutes walk
Poor wi- fi signnal in my room internet slow but free.
location is good,quiet and comfortable
a bit short of staff and always you need to line up for 15 mins in reception to ask a simple question.
Lovely hotel, room was surprisingly spacious and it was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful.
Difficult enough to find the hotel
Well situated for the centre and lovely building, will need a sat nav to help locate it as lots of narrow streets to go down, but is typical of the old Seville.
Wifi is weak and only works albeit still slow near the reception area.
The ambience of the hotel Its location in the old town
Very narrow access roads
Great and comfortable and not far from the old centre of the city
Wifi Quality in the rooms was poor. Check mail in the lobby is not accoording 2014 standard. The rest was okay.
Comfortable clean tidy rooms with a really good air con, very helpful friendly staff, would stay there again no problem
The hotel is in a good location, it was clean and well kept. The reception staff were very helpful. Underground parking
It costs 16euros for the parking at the hotel, driving in Seville is tricky-lots of one ways would try to avoid driving if possible. The roads around hotel were one ways so had trouble getting to hotel.
Internal design.. Location big room and bathroom..
It is a little difficult to find but just call them when you are close they will help you! It is a beautiful little hotel, actually not that little once you are inside. Love the patios and gardens. Staff very helpful, very easy to walk to all the nice places in Sevilla!
Loved the city
Location is absolutely perfect, walking distance to the historical center.
Internet access is pitiful, to say the least. Unreachable from the rooms, and barely visible in the front lounge area. The hotel could really invest a bit more in a good coverage.
Booked 2 double rooms + 1 twin room, but got 3 twin rooms
Service = above and beyond, no where in the word have we seen more hard working people! Especially ms. Carmen who greets you with a warm and inviting smile and truly gives you suggestions not worth missing. She is a walking, talking encyclopaedia on this beautiful city! Other hotels could definitely learn a thing or two from this wonderful lady. The rest of the staff is extremely accommodating as well! The hotel definitely has it's charm and when booking try to get a room facing the courtyard.
Main problem in Seville is parking! The hotel does offer it however there aren't enough spaces according to the number of rooms, and it's on a first come first serve scheme so there is no way to reserve a spot. But don't be discouraged, the hotel shows you a number of alternatives, not always easy to get to (narrow/confusing) streets however relatively safe, we had a good experience and parked for free. Besides that, if in desperate need of speedy wifi, use in reception! Be advised, leave a key in the room and the AC on because when you come back, I'm sure you don't want to be greeted by a sauna.
The hotel was clean and cool as it was boiling outside.
Parking was a nightmare. We drove round and round looking for a space and couldn't find one. Eventually out of sheer desperation had to abandon car in a random street with my friends wedding dress and all her bridesmaid dresses in the back!!!
Easy access to the city center
Hard to find Difficult to park Small double bed Uncomfortable pillow
The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. The hotel's onsite parking was very convenient and the courtyard was shady and comfortable. Very quiet!
The beds were a little hard for my taste. Getting to the parking was confusing, even with a GPS because of a No Entry sign that I was told to disregard.
it is a little bit difficult to arrive there becuse, even if is in the center, it is located in a small street
Charming hotel room modern
Very difficult 2 find. One way street system difficult . sign 4 Hotel Cervantes covered in stickers so hard 2 read. Clearer sign posting needed
Clean room spacious great air con. The hotel looks a little tired in parts and is like a tardis once inside. Outside very dark looking and old but do not that put you off. Great base to see seville from very close to almedias and easy walk Santa Cruz. Seville is a beautiful city with do munch to do.
Outside and foyer area a little dated .
the room was lovely. we had 3 little balconies, a bath. The staff were also friendly, The location is central, and we found parking nearby without too much trouble. Great price, so its highly recommended
two single beds pushed together,
