Size of the room
No coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Very good location,5 min walking to the centre. Excellent accommodation. Helpful and assisting staff.
If you want shopping and/or culture, this hotel is ideally located within walking distance of both. The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly yet professional .Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of choice. The hotel is housed in 2 traditional Spanish buildings with little courtyards and interesting architecture. We loved it and would return again.
Nothing to dislike.
Great time and value for money We would like to give great thanks to the lady in reception. I stupidly realised I had lost my phone. The lady at the hotel checked the room, found the phone and sent it to airport. Please thank her
Even though it was a non smoking room we felt that smoke was in the curtains
Good location near the town centre, bus station and airport bus service
Information given at the hotel was misleading
Room amenities are good, building is very nice, room is large.Price is reasonable.
Location is not so good for city visit, furnitures are very old needs to be refurbished.there is not any cabin or curtain in the bathroom. Bed and linens are so uncomfortable. There were dusts and some died insects exists in the room.
Location worked for me being half way between Conference Centre and Cathedral
Room too hot. Advertised on Booking.com as 5star - actually a good 3
Hotel is within walking distance to the cathedral(15min.) and close to the Shopping district. It has a wonderfull patio to sit and relax. Hotel offers complimentary Tea and coffee during the day.
My room was really warm and humid although it was November and not really warm weather. Even with all Windows open it did not cool down.
Lovely traditional Spanish hotel within easy walking distance of all the main tourist destinations in Sevilla.
Car park was a bit of a tight squeeze although staff were very helpful and at least there is a car park
Bed was poor. No sleepers at room.
Noisey fire doors and noisey acoustics from internal garden Breakfast poor value for 16 Euros
The room so comfort and big
good breakfast, dust free room, pleasant and helpful staff
saw a cockroach. parking is a problem with the narrow streets.
It is comfortable and hospitable modern hotel with bit of old times' style located not too far from the town and the room price is moderate.
It is very noisy. Rooms open to nice patio but unfortunately all the noise from the inner yard can be heard in the rooms. Breakfast is very expensive compared to nearby bars, so why wouldn't you walk 100 meters to a square to enjoy your morning coffee there.
Excellent location and good value for money
Extremely difficult to reach, because Sevilla is a labyrinth. Parking is very expensive: leave the car out of city and take a bus!
air con did not work. noise from road very early(from 5am) and late.
Loved the little courtyards and character of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent situation for exploring Seville old town if you are prepared to walk.
Some of the 'public' toilets were a little antiquated and did not function properly. The car park was very tight for parking and very small but we were glad to be able to leave the car securely.
Being able to park at hotel once found through maze of streets Staff helpful and although in city was not a lot of street noise. Good breakfast included in our deal. Rooms good size no tea or coffee in room but always available in foyer.
Room particularly hot despite being in November and air conditioning did not seem to function.
A lovely comfortable room , in a good location to walk to the main tourist areas. It was good value for money. We used their car park, which at 16€ a night seemed expensive but actually was in line with parking generally in Seville. The breakfast was buffet style with fresh omelettes made to order.
A bit of street noise from the deliveries and cleaners during the night but nothing major.
The style and the size of the building, Spanish/Arabic style with some open areas with orange trees.
Unfortunately you can't choose the other guests in the hotel, some loud guests without any manners.
Everything about this hotel was more than expected. Rooms were very nice and perfectly clean, the open centre court was nice to sit and relax with friends. The staff was more than helpful! Lots of eateries surrounding this hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to travellers to Sevilla. Sylvia Alberta, Canada
