Some things in the SPA need reparing, for example, the 'Caldarium' sauna was so mild that it wasn't a really a sauna; in the JACUZI the big streams of water didn't work, etc,.... Please, they really need a checking!!!!

I didn't like the building, horrible no colour anywhere! as a spa hotel it needed the front desk to be more welcoming . You enter into this dark brown reception horrible, it needs some big vases of flowers to bring colour at the front desk. The rooms also horrible, we are in the 21st Century, a flat screen TV should be in the rooms NOT a BIG FAT grey TV, AND the draws should all have handles, in my room some missing. AND why no Full length mirror there is plenty of ugly magnolia wall space. AND plastic plants in a 4 star (and not even good ones) not acceptable.

Gorgeous hotel, right on the beach, the spa was amazing. Really good breakfast buffet too!

Easy transfer from the airport by two trains, 20 mins to Sants, then 50 mins to Caldes d'Estrac. The hotel is 100 meters away from the station, but the train can't be heard. Good room, bathrobes, slippers, safe, bidet. Good view onto the sea. A good spa with a very long list of treatments! Good pool with sea water, jets and jacuzzi, sauna, stream room, cold immersion bath, crushed ice and showers with changing LED lights. There are also treatments rooms for various showers, wraps, massages. The spa has a medical side to it as you can have consultations with the doctor who can prescribe various treatments. There were a few elderly people with canes, and some younger ones as well, so it means that the spa can offer rehabilitation treatments as well as just wellbeing ones. The restaurant was OK, lunch and dinner offered a buffet of starters and desserts, with a second course was from a menu of 3 dishes to choose from, all very nice. The starters were varied so second course may not even be necessary. The beach is just 50 meters from the hotel building. A small cafe and freshwater shower is right there also.

Breakfast was a bit samey, fried eggs, spanish meats and sausages, fruit. They didn't have good muesli (just the kid's sugary stuff). Lunch and dinner were identical if one took the buffet, but there was always something to choose. It may be boring in terms of food if one stayed there for a week or more, but as we only stayed for 3 days we didn't mind. There are few beds on the beach for the size of the hotel i think, we always had to make a point to be at the beach at 10am to pick a good spot under the umbrella.

Found access thanks to navigation system - small one way roads and tunnel under railway must be taken, so study detailed map! No big problem, though

The hotel being on the beach and provision for towels for sun beds with parasols on the beach for no fee was a good. Staff were friendly, hotel clean, with relaxing atmosphere. The spa facilities offered were excellent.

Could not fault the hotel other than information could also have been in English which would have helped, although the menu in restaurant was provided in English. Sunbeds were a not very comfortable. This is very minor and did not detract away from all that was excellent about this hotel and would highly recommend and will stay again.

charging guests for car park is extortion in this day and age.also a 200ml bottle of coke at 3e in the bar is a bit steep.

The hotel and staff are excellent and the room was wonderful. However, some of the facilities didn't work e.g. light bulb missing, lights not working, no hot water late evening, poor wi-fi-reception in room and no wi-fi for phones. Television reception poor. View from the room excellent

Modernes Hotel mit einem kompletten Angebot. Liegt direkt am Strand (Sand). Gute Verbindung mit ÖV nach Barcelona.

In der Antisaison sehr ruhig. Ausser dem Hotel gibt es kaum Ausgehmöglichkeiten, ausser mit dem Wagen.

Superbe thalasso. Train pour Barcelone a 100 metres pour 7.40 euros aller retour

La situación del hotel al lado del mar y al lado del pueblo de Caldes d'Estrac, a 50 metros de la estación de tren, el confort de las habitaciones, el desayuno muy completo y con zumos naturales.Volveremos...!!!

1. Широкая пляжная полоса, нет электрички. 2. Неплохой выбор блюд на завтрак, есть вино, свежий апельсиновый сок. 3. Талассо. Но поскольку основной бассейн небольшой (14х9м) в часы-пик народу в нем слишком много. 4. Достаточно просторный номер с видом на море (номера, которые с видом на электричку балконов не имеют). 5. Ежедневно 2 бесплатные бутылки воды. 6. Наличие в 100 м. от отеля остановки электрички до центра Барселоны (пл.Каталонии) или Вокзала. 7. Хороший курортный городок.

1. Скупой выбор чая на завтраке, нет каш, из овощей только помидоры, блюда не обновляются. 2. Общая отмороженность персонала. Большинство рекламок только на испанском. 3. Отсутствие на пляже туалета, раздевалки, достаточного количества зонтов и лежаков. Лежаки старые, убитые и неудобные. С 12 сентября бар, лежаки, зонты, душ и пальмы были демонтированы и увезены. 4. Уборка номеров в принципе неплохая, но горничные начинают свою работу утром создавая шум звенящими друг об друга бутылками. 5. Поскольку городок маленький, то после Дня Каталонии (11.09) он слегка вымирает, вследствие чего посидеть вечером нормально с музыкой, перекусить и выпить особо не где (ужин в отеле не брали). А в Барселону каждый вечер не наездишься, т.к. тратить на дорогу в одну сторону 50 мин. смысла нет, да и электричек по ночам нет. 6. Отель имеет паркинг (12 евро/день), но ни где не указано, что это подземный паркинг, открытый с 10.00 до 22.00. Вне этого времени ворота закрыты и нужно догадаться, что для клиентов отеля их специально открывают (потом выдают карту). При этом припарковаться у отеля, чтобы дойти до портье невозможно, т.к. везде платный паркинг, который тупо занят.

Todo. Lo recomendamos por su situación, luminosidad, tranquilidad, disfrute de su Spa, cafetería, playa y del bonito Caldetes. Puedes ir en tren o en coche y, una vez allá puedes salir a pasear por el Paseo de los ingleses (Caldetes) llegando hasta Llavaneras. ¡Qué silencio en las habitaciones!

Один из немногих отелей, расположенных прямо на берегу, без дороги перед носом. Есть парковка, хоть и платная. Хороший завтрак - шведский стол.

10 сентября в гостинице "заканчивается сезон", поэтому с пляжа уберают зонты, лежаки и даже шланг с водой. Полотенца, чистые халаты и тапки приходится выбивать из персонала. Халаты и тапки за 15 дней так и не поменяли (закончились), видимо тоже в связи с окончанием сезона. С персоналом вообще невозможно общаться, всем все пофигу, только плечами пожимают

La posizione sulla spiaggia ed i trattamenti e servizi nella SpA (personale gentile e capace) sono sempre i pregi maggiori. Questa volta (la quinta in sei anni) il soggiorno è stato arrichito dalla sperimentazione della comodità di arrivare nel centro di Barcellona, senza problemi di traffico e parcheggio, con Rodiales Renfe dalla stazione a pochi passi e dalla scoperta della "focosa" Festa Mayor di Caldès del 9 settembre. Resta una meta gradita e consigliabile a chi voglia rilassarsi, essere coccolato e rivitalizzato.

Qualche pecca (colazione a buffet esclusa, sempre appagante) nel reparto ristorazione, anche, ma in minor parte, quanto al cibo, ma soprattutto per la direzione ed il servizio al "maschile" (impeccabili, invece, le mujeres). Ma le persone possono cambiare... più facilmente della struttura.

Accueil impersonnel, personnel affairé, mais qui vous ignore. Flacons de savons pas remplacés... Chef de service Restaurant assez ignoble, ne répondant que par le bout des lèvre à vos questions, s'il concède à répondre! Accès parking très difficile. TV ne fonctionnant pas..., bref, séjour peu satisfaisant et très impersonnel! Je n'y reviendrai plus.

En general todo,el personal muy amable,habitaciones limpias,spa poca gente,buffet muy bueno,un fin de semana excelente.

creo que faltan amacas en la playa,si vas un poco tarde te quedas sin.

Nous avons particulierement aimé les installations et equipements, le calme et l environnement.Sa situation en bord de mer est au top, le personnel est discret, l hotel est moderne en terme de décoration.L eau est offerte tous les jours et le petit dejeuner copieux complet et délicieux.( jus de fruits pressés par exemple)Les chambressont faites tous les jours, et un acces direct de l hotel par l ascenceur au parking ( 12€/par nuit) est appreciable.On ne passe pas forcement par la reception pour sortir!!

Nous avons mangé 1 fois au restaurant buffet, et pour 25€ tu pouvais avoir de tout a volonté...a condition de ne pas arriver en fin de service, ou le choix ne se fait plus, mais le prix reste le meme. Puis nous avons commandé un room service un soir, un hamburger avec soi disant des potatoes et un poulet avec chips.resultats: des chips sur tous les plats, un hamburger de base ou tu rajoutes toi meme le ketchup et le tout pas extra du tout. Seul les viandes etaient bien cuites, mais le service reste cher pour ce qu il est. (hamburger: 18€)

4Eme séjour en 4 ans. Hôtel qui se dégrade lentement mais sûrement passant d'excellent à bien. Personnel renouvellé, moins aimable et moins compétent. Conséquence des difficultés économique du pays ?

La limpieza en general de terrazas , comedor , etc. Las amacas de la playa estan destrozadas ideales para tener una lumbalgia. Mantenimiento en general del hotel. Atención camareros.

от отеля не ожидали ничего сверхестественного. все так, как и на фото: просто отель просто на пляже. территории своей нет вообще. брали потому, что близко к барселоне. море чистое, номер вместо "с видом на море" оказался с боковым видом на море. подходит для короткой остановки 2-3 дня. если у вас отпуск случается только раз в году - не рекомендую, так как релакса там нет никакого: позавтракал-покупался - в барселону. в самом отеле делать нечего, и вокруг него - тоже.

очень не понравилось то, что брали для 18 -летней дочки отдельный номер (понятное дело, она не курит) -дали вонючий , прокуренный, как казино в лас -вегасе. когда попросили поменять, то барышня на ресепсш вела себя очень ненормально, орала на нас и не хотела ничего слушать. только после большого сканадала и угроз, что мы все втроем будем спать прямо внизу - она дала на 1 ночь другой номер. на следующий день "вонючий" был забрызган освежителями, которые вызывали рыгательный рефлекс, и ребенка опять поселили туда, потому что "все забито было". еще один минус отеля - негде покушать. в отеле предлагают на ужин или шведский стол за 25 евро, или фастфуд в своем же ресторане. рядом с отелем есть 2 ресторана, открываются оба в 20.30!!! а в одном из них в первый вечер при нас официант убивал большую, жирную крысу!!! в день отъезда нам дали талон на 20% скидку на следующий приезд - не приедем, если даже скидка будет 90%!

Reservé dos habitaciones con vista al mar y una de ellas era lateral. No pude dormir en toda la noche por la música de la feria que había debajo. El personal del hotel poco atento para un 4 estrellas. Poco recomendable por relación calidad/precio.
