Hotel Constanza  

Loved the location...close to all city attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was helpful with all our questions and needs and were always professional yet friendly.

Wished there was more English tv or movies!

Location for our Gaudi "experience" was perfect, staff so friendly and helpful, cafe/bar next door so convenient and the rooms comfortable and clean and everything worked! Great!

Nothing at all but would suggest floors four and upwards if total quietness is important to you.

Disappointed the terrace wasn't open even though the weather was good but understand it is only open at certain times of the year. Room key was a little temperamental.

Decor & style, comfort, nice and helpful staff, good location (near two central metro stations and city center), convenience (e.g. free-Wifi in room and 24 hour access to two computers and receptionist)

The hotel is really very charming with an excellent staff. Samuel and Victor at the front desk were extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The location is very convenient.

The hotel and how it was decorated, the room was amazingly good to be a two star hotel. I would like to go back anytime. The location was excellent and the staff was really nice

Didn't have an iron in the room

We stayed here for a long weekend, and like it very much. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms well furnished and appointed, nice bathroom with great big shower, and a good large balcony. Room very quiet - didn't hear any noise the whole time we were there. About 10 minute walk to Plaza Catalunya and the Gothic Quarter, and 5 minutes to the nearest Metro station. Would definitely stay here again.

You can get breakfast here (it wasn't on our room rate, so an extra), which was okay - bit of a shortage of bacon one day, and stale-ish bread on another.

Daytime reception were extremely helpful and went out of their way to point out places of interest and good restuarants

No high chairs at breakfast so we had to eat out with our 13 month old. Shame because the breakfast looked good.

If I may find a negative, breakfast wasnt amazing but I am a bit fussy so it might be great for someone else

The staff was particularly helpful and friendly. We left Barcelona for two days to visit Granada and they were kind enough to store our extra luggage for the two days we were away. They were also very helpful with directions, questions etc. We were traveling with our youngest teenage son and we had a "family room," which was basically a two room suite so our son was able to have his own space, which he particularly appreciated. The bathrooms are very nice as well

The hotel is located in the Eixample, which means that it is very quiet, which is very nice. We spent most of our time in the Old City so it was a bit of a hike, mostly at the end of the night.

Staff are very helpful and warm. Any time you can ask a question and get response. They speek very well english. Location is very good. Close to city center but not a crowded/noise. Breakfast is well enough and not expensive.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very quiet and elegantly designed and some have pretty nice balconies facing the courtyard, the location is very convenient - in l'Exiample and very close to Barri Gotic.
