Excellent location near the cathedral, waterfront and lots of restaurants. The approach to the hotel with car is a bit difficult, you need to drive on a restricted road which gets you right in front of the hotel, and the hotel staff will park the car for you at a nearby parking. Reception staff is ok, professional but not overly friendly. The room is spacious, wooden parquet floor, tiled floor in the bathroom. Typical bathtub-shower with a half glass partition, which will guarantee that the bathroom floor gets wet - who ever thought up this contraption? Mini-bar, working desk with chair, one easy chair - room is well endowed. Sleep quality very good Full breakfast is included in the price and was excellent with cold meats, cheese, breads butter & jam, bacon & scrambled eggs, juice & coffee. - Overall well recommended

Wifi reception not working in hotel room on 7th floor, but ok at reception and in restaurant

Excellent location, short walk to waterfront, Picasso museum, cathedral and other sites in old city. Good restaurants in immediate vicinity. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very good value for the cost.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and very efficient and friendly. Location is superb, right in the heart of old Malaga. A real pleasure to stay at.

Great location

AC had to be reset from the front desk severl times, as it would not turn on from the room. Internet was out more than on and front desk did not know how to fix. NOISY room, no sound proofing as every foot step above or conversation next door came thru the wall.

Location excellent for all attractions of Málaga - Alcazaba, old town, cathedral, restaurantes. In comparison with prices in some outlets in Málaga this hotel was well priced. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Breakfast excellent, suiting a variety of needs.

Front desk staff were remote in attitude to guests.

The location is great, just step outside the hotel and you can enjoy the history of malaga. The rooms are very clean. They have wifi in the room too. I have stayed there before and would stay again.

Noise - we think from the lift - squeaky and woke us up and kept us awake

The location of the hotel is excellent. You can reach the old inner city, musea, harbour, restaurants by foot.

There is very little negative to report on this hotel, except that it is a bit noisy, specially when breakfast starts.

It is a small, clean, hotel.It is in the center.Reception is helpfull.WIFI is available in the room.If you dont look for luxury, I exteremly recommend this hotel.(not to pay extra parking fee, please drive around the hotel and look for parking lot.I am sure you will find a space.In Spain,there are three kinds of line for parking.1.Yellow: You can not park but you can stop for a while.2.Blue:You can park with fee.3.White:You can park without fee. And also you can park within blue line without fee from 2 pm on saturday till 9 am monday)

The bed in the room is too narrow to sleep for two person. I think, it is not a standart size. We couldnt sleep well

there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway and our room all night long. There was no water pressure and very little hot water.

The location is excellent, around the corner from the main shopping street, and a short walk to the water. The breakfast has a selection of bread, cakes, juices, cheese, meat, hot food, yogurt, and good coffee. Our room was on the 8th floor which had a balcony, lovely and sunny with views over the roof tops. The room was small but perfect for a city trip. Plenty of hot water and toiletries.. Malaga itself is a great city to visit.

The staff were efficient but unfriendly. There is no atmosphere in this hotel, you could be anywhere. It's perfect if you want someplace to sleep for a city break.

Excellent location, very convenient car parking service, friendly staff, nice, big family room

Unfortunately, even if the hotel is in a quiet location, there was an unbearable noice from the marble floor in the hall (loud 'squeaky' noices when people walked by our room - which for my part meant spending a more or less sleepless night). This is a major minus!!

All staff didn`t handle English

I was very happy with everything.

The breakfast was excellent, a choice of hot food as well as a variety of cold food. Also a restaurant which was open 24hours, the food was excellent. We arrived very late and were able to eat at 11pm! Our suitcase was immediately taken care of when we arrived, by a porter. The location also was excellent, a short walk to the seafront and located on the edge of the old city within easy walking distance of the sights.

Wonderful view of the cathedral and mountains from my top floor room. Most convenient to restaurants, cafes and downtown shopping. Central location great for watching Easter processions. Good breakfast with lots of variety.

Booking.com did not advise me of a need to update my credit card until after I had left Canada for Spain. Would prefer breakfast available until 12:00 hrs. vs 11:30 hrs. as one is out late at night during Easter week.
