Every effort was made by hotel staff to make the visit pleasurable. The doorman gave us some very good tips about where to visit and not to visit. All in all, it was an excellent choice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for superior accomodation. L. Day, Toronto, On. Canada

My family felt at home during our 4 night stay at Casa Fuster. We had a junior suite and a room for our sons. The staff were very helpful as expected of a hotel of 5 star, especially Marc of Concierge, and the doormen. It is the service that sets it apart among hotes of similar ranking, aestheticsand amenities. I loved the idea of the historical Casa Fuster as the essential venue of the luxury hotel. And our suite had the balcony - how convenient. The toiletries were so complete including Loewe items, there were 3 kinds of towels, 2 kinds of bathrobes, linen towels, combs, Spanish cologne and silk hangers. I loved the proximity to high end shopping at Passeig de Gracia and wonderful restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the packed Thursday Cafe Vienes Jazz Club. All in all Barcelona is a great destination and Casa Fuster is a hospitable luxurious home while there.

The restaurant Galaxo had excellent food presentation and furnishings and decor. Just wondering why we were all alone while there. And we did notice the distant rumble of the movement from the metro line below but it is not a disturbance. And the bathrobes shouldn't be hung on the wall just outside of the shower as there is not enough space there and the robes keep banging into the shower door. The round adjustable mirror should be there instead.

While, the hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location in the center of Barcelona, the most outstanding feature here is the staff. We have stayed at most of the top 4 and 5 star hotels in Barcelona over the last 10 years and the level of professional yet friendly service at Casa Fuster was the best we have experienced and easily exceeds that of many other competing hotels.

My only complaint is the TV was quite small and was working poorly during our stay. This is not a big complaint but everything else about the hotel is so perfect that this stood out.

Everything is just perfect - the design of the hotel, the amenities and mainly the personnel attending the guests.

Fantastic hotel, fabulouse service, best in class, best in Barcelona. 100% will stay again when in Barcelona.

Building is a masterpiece, great location, very nice staff

My family sent our mum and dad to Barcelona for their wedding anniversary. I had read a review saying that the staff were very helpful and friendly. This phrase does not begin to describe how good the staff were to our parents. As soon as they set foot in the hotel their every need was satisfied (without imposing too much). They have been raving about every aspect of the hotel since their return but mostly about the staff. There was a misunderstanding about bill payment (my fault) and the reception staff dealt with it beautifully. They saw from the booking that the trip was a gift and did not make a fuss in front of my parents as they guessed we wanted to pay for the bill. When they rang me they were very understanding, professional and extremely friendly. A huge thank you to Natalia and all staff at Casa Fuster Monumento. Myself and my patents would higy recommend your hotel to anyone travelling to Barcelona.
