toilet didn't flush properly room was not soundproof at all and not peaceful, as management allowed a party in the reception hall to continue on until after 1am and so everyone on the 1st floor was inconvenienced. Guests in the room beside mine started banging the floor in anger, which though understandable, further disrupted me. Rang reception repeatedly about this but no one would answer the phone.

Great location near the Cathedral. Very difficult to get near it in a car, even a small one. Despite suggesting the rooms has a terrace, there were none free and even the ones with terraces had no view instead facing a wall. The rooftop pool was tiny, the pictures made it look huge. Generally the hotel was shabby, in need of a facelift. Wi-fi was terrible.

Perfect location. On top of numerous excellent dining choices. Sprawling and a bit dated and showing its wear. WiFi unnecessarily challenging to use, and only in lobby for that.

great location, near the cathedral and all the sites. Top floor with pool and view of cathedral is nice, though it wasn't organised when we went there early April. Front desk staff weren't very informed, couldn't recommend any day tours outside of seville. Rooms were a little dirty on arrival.

Beautiful hotel in a great location- it's literally right next to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Our room (222) was lovely and spacious and felt like a luxury considering we are usually budget(ish) travelers when it comes to hotels. We got a great last-minute deal (65 euro! Amazing!) and loved having this hotel as our home base. Lots of restaurants line the street up to the hotel (aimed at tourists, but still served great food), but it was offset enough to be very quiet at night. The bed was comfy and had lots of pillows to use. The shower was excellent with great water pressure. This was definitely the ideal location for a trip to Seville. It was too cold to use the pool in March, but the pool area looked nice, just a little small compared to the number of rooms in the hotel, but definitely big/nice enough to cool off (hard to get a perspective though when everything is stored for the winter). Rooftop bar looked good- wish we could have used it. View from the top of the building is fun. The staff were fine and pleasant, but we had very little interaction with them. No problems using English. It was a bit hard to find at first, but once we found it the first time, it was easy getting back. Driving here would be pointless- we saw a car get stuck on the extremely narrow road.

The location is more than perfect. If you are with a rented car, I would suggest you to ask a taxi driver to show the way towards the hotel, otherwise you will be lost in the jungle. In a 4 star hotel the free internet (wi-fi) should be for free. It is very expensive in the hotel. Why? The price of the accomodation is still very expensive, but acceptable due to its location.

Very good standard of accommodation and helpful, friendly staff. Road access information details could be improved as there is a mistake which results in re-crossing the river!

The information given by staff as to Flamenco shows even though we did our research ahead this proved more beneficial. Would have liked the use of a computer in the lobby as we did not bring along one on our trip.

This place is truly excellent. Great location, really well-kept. Best of all, it's tucked away in Seville's maze of intriguing paths and alleyways; the occasional auto passing by needs to drive a sheepish 3 mph to avoid running into the buildings towering on either side. Our second trip was 5 nights, and we'd be happy to stay for even longer. The wireless network was really weak in the rooms. 10.50€ is a decent price, and the free half-hour in the dining areas works well, but the in-room signal was barely borderline. Next time, build the Archbishop's palace internet-ready!

It is in a very good location, close to the Giralda and cathedral, walking distance to all the main sites and lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and shops. It also has a wonderful terrace on the roof with a pool and area to relax in the heat of the day with the Giralda right in front of you as the view.

While the room was well decorated and clean, i refer above to the cleanliness of the bathroom or more precisely that the drains stank. It also seems that the room had been redecorated in an appealing boutique style but the bathroom had been forgotten, the decor was horrible and ruined the experience for me.
