Hotel La Cumbre  

La sua vista dalle stanze e l'ottima qualità/prezzo. L'hotel è inoltre molto vicino al mare ed è dotato di vari servizi. Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile.

L' ascensore che non memorizza le chiamate ai piani, per cui si rischiano lunghe attese

Distante dalla spiaggia, ma ripagati dall'ottima vista dal balcone; stanze ampie e pulite: Lejos de le playa, pero hay una buena vista desde el balcòn, Habitaciones grandes y lindas

Al Chiringuito abbiamo aspettato molto prima che ci servissero, molto scortesemente e abbiamo pagato 2 drink 14 euro...Al chiringuito en el jardin esperamos mucho que nos atendieron de manera grosera, y pagamos 14 euros por dos mojitos

Bella la terrazza con piscina e la vista del golfo, buona anche la cena in terrazza.

Il paese invece e´piuttosto squallido e anche le spiagge sono brutte.

Bel hotel con vista meravigliosa sulla costa. Colazione varia e abbondante.

The hotel was ideally placed with plenty of free parking right outside the hotel . The balcony views were excellent with views of the sea in several directions. Our room was superb with a good sized balcony and a table and chairs. Modern flat screen tv and remote and comfortable beds, The room was clean and fresh and their was a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was perfect with egss and bacon, bread, rolls, cold meats, cheese, cereals, yoghurts and fresh fruit. The garden area and pool were attractive and breakfast could be taken outside. We did not use the evening restaurant so cannot comment. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Situated on a hill approximately half a mile from the beach this hotel might not suit the less able bodied. To be fair, the parking was easy for those with cars so being on a hill was not a problem. Those on foot may find the walk back up the hill to the hotel a little challenging, especially in hot weather. .The corridoors, stairs and lifts in the hotel got us confused more than once and some more signs would be welcomed. Our balcony door was a little noisy with the track making a noise like a machine gun when opened.

Very good location with very good views from its high location but long uphill walk back from the town. Good facilitiesand excellent value for money would stay there again.

A very nice hotel with first class staff, after a tiring journey we were welcomed at reception with a nice glass of quality wine, which set the scene for our stay. We could not fault this hotel. Even bar prices for both drinks and snacks were no dearer than in town, which probably explains why a lot of people stayed around the hotel in the evenings, making for a very nice atmosphere.

a fairly relaxed and comfortable hotel with adequate facilities, in a central location but situated in a quiet and undisturbed area.

The one thing that was found to be missing was that there were no Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. This facility has, in this day and age, become a standard requirement for guests in this class of hotel.

I have used La Cumbre on a number of occasions and I have always found the staff friendly and the hotel facilities scrupulously clean. I find it very well priced; my only recommendation would be to offer a more competitive inclusive price for the buffet breakfast. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family. My thanks to the hotel management and staff for a great experience during my recent stay. James & Paula Quinn

Very friendly and traditional envronment, albeit within a very 'seventies' type large hotel building. It felt just fine though. Beautiful views from the room. Mazarron is a tourist town but enough locals to make it feel busy out of season. Did not feel like a ghost town. Pretty marinas and beaches and not overpriced. Within comfortable walking distance of the sea - maybe 10-15 minutes maximum. Our vist : January 2012.

Our room (235) was above the dance / disco and this was being used most nights by a seniors group for dancing. this kept us awake a little, but to be honest this was not a major problem and certainly, given the price,not something to complain about. In some ways it was good to hear them having such a good time. Music ended either at 11 pm or midnight. I suppose if we'd been there for 2 weeks it may have caused a problem eventually. The sound proofing between the rooms was poor but again, given the price, certainly not something to complain about.

Well designed Spanish orientated hotel, with commanding views (cumbre means pinnacle in spanish) but with English speaking reception staff. Some understanding of the language would be helpful in this part of Spain as they cater more for their own people but that, in my opinion is what's nice about it!

Like most budget hotels in Spain, the build quality is poor and there is little sound insulation. I would recommend you tell reception you are a poor sleeper and let them sort something out. Higher the better, and those views are worth paying more for anyway! Finally, a word of advice, you need to hire a car in this part of Spain to make the most of your stay.

No Bar facilities New years Eve Due to NYE party. No info about booking in advance to eat ,only persons who booked for the party could eat ended going out for a chinese. bar lady rude when i asked for drinks . i am sur on normal nightd all would be well
