En enclave del hotel es inmejorable Ya he estado varias veces en este complejo y siempre he visto los mismos aspectos que se pueden mejorar: 1. A la hora de hacer el check-in, siempre hay una cola de espanto, los recepcionistas son lentos hasta decir basta, bastante incordioso tener que esperar mientras se va acumulando gente en la entrada sin parar. 2. Las limpiadoras del hotel son impertinentes y sin educación, entraron sin llamar a una habitación a las dos de la tarde, dando por supuesto que la habitación estaba vacia, encontrandonos nosotros dentro. Mi recomenadación es que cierren las habotaciones por dentro para evitar sorpresas desagradables.

Природа- река лес горы Много эвкалиптов и сосен Прекрасный воздух Много возможностей для пеших прогулок Понравилась архитектура впечатление что ты находишься в маленьком городке с площадью казино церковью Полдня гуляли и дышали полдня плавали В ресторане на ужин предлагаются и комплексные варианты и A LA Carte Выбор может и не огромный Но все вкусно по домашнему Меню меняется каждый день Можно даже зарезервировать недопитое вино до следующего дня Завтраки щедрые Всегда на столах скатерти Обслуживание отличное Официанты даже удивились чаевым Больше всего клиентов в отеле приехали на санаторное лечение и в это время года это пенсионеры т .к. имеют скидки Для лечения все удобно Из номера выходишь в халате и по подземному переходу попадаешь в залы для процедур из любого из трех отелей Для релакса два взаимосвязанных зала с бассейнами с термальной водой Один общий Второй - вход для лиц старше 16 лет В первом масса джакуззи водопадов противотоков на любой вкус Вода очень теплая можно выплыть на улицу и бассейн для плавания и аэробики наполовину закрытый Отдельная зона для детей с грибками горками Второй зал платный Разные виды массажей саун и несколько бассейнов Мы отдыхали 4 дня не надоело но и больше не надо Радует что купались в термальной воде и дышали парами Это очень полезно для легких хорошо лечатся все респираторные и проблемы с суставами костями нервами Можно походить на грязи и хороший косметический салон УДАЧИ Только неудачные соседи по номеру Они постоянно общались со своими друзьями в коридоре у нас под дверью и дети тоже предпочитают коридор Но общительность -это национальное Вся публика испанцы и все очень доброжелательны Жаль что негде сушить халаты и лучше взять с собой дополнительные полотенца Проблема та же -посушить В номерах тепло Даже у детей полноценные кровати Хотелось бы иметь информацию о лечебных процедурах и режиме работы кабинетов для ингаляций грязелечения водных массажей хотя бы на английском языке не говоря уже о русском Сначала хочется понять что может дать курорт для поправки здоровья а потом уже идти к врачу за назначениями Хотелось бы увидеть лечебные программы с короткими сроками на 4 -5 дней чтобы использовать например праздничные дни

Nuestra habitación en el Hotel Levante era grande y muy bonita. Las instalaciones son fabulosas. Lo pasamos muy bien. La decoración árabe del hotel Las Termas y de las "Termas" es espectacular. Volveremos. Una vez llegas a Archena, el camino para llegar al balneario está muy mal señalizado, si sigues las indicaciones llegas al parking directamente y no es necesario, puedes dejar el coche gratis en la zona que hay delante del hotel.

Lo mejor las piscinas termalium El hotel esta viejo, es un cuatro estrellas pero perfectamente un tres. No m asignaron la havitwcio que había reservado a través de booking, y si la cobraron. En este hotel no hay nada y tienes q ir al termal para todo. Calidad precio de las comidas excesiva. Para nada ha sido lo esperado !

Hotel Levante bleek gesloten te zijn, we kregen een kamer in het tegenover gelegen hotel Termen. Het hotel was prima, zeker voor deze lage prijs was het uitstekend. Oude charme vinden we erg mooi. De eetzaal echter was enorm verlicht en het eten werd met een noodvaart geserveerd. Erg ongezellig. De kelners spraken alleen Spaans. Het eten was niet bijzonder. Het spagedeelte was goed verzorgd en mooi. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad. Het was een prima keuze. Zie hierboven: de eetzaal, de snelheid van serveren.

Me ha gustado que no este limitado en tiempo el acceso a las piscinas El personal en general es muy poco amable, cero en simpatia y cero en resolucion de problemas. No atienden a razones, cero en intentar ayudar al cliente. Recomiendo las instalaciones porque me gusta el entorno y las instalaciones pero deberian de educar al personal para tratar con el publico.

Me han gustado mucho las instalaciones y la organización tanto del hotel como de todo el complejo del balneario, tienen actividades lúdicas. Jesús personal de recepción nos atendió muy bien explicando todas las actividades del balneario, nos dio una habitación superior a la contratada porque la tenia libre. Volveré una escapada así siempre biene bien. Muy agradable.

Los baños estan muy bien, sobre todo los baños que no estan incluidos en el precio de alojamento, pero ahi no puedes ir si tienes hijos menores de 3 años, porque no hay guarderia para bebes. Supongo entere tres hoteles es el mas nuevo. Esta cerca de Alicante, y creo que es el mejor entre tres balnearios. Hay piscina para niños, pero guarderia a partir de los 3 años. No me gusto el calidad de comida y su precio, si contratas sin pension te sale muy caro comer y cenar ahi,es injusto. Suplimento por cena te cobran 24 euros por persona, por dos platos para elijir (carta como menu diario de un bar de bajo estanding), bebida no incluida!!!!!!! En otro restaurante, que le llaman nuevo 35 euros por persona para comer!!!!!! Barabaridad!!!! Solo hay precios adecuados en cocina de termalium, pero solo esta abierto en medio dia. Pues, señores si quiereis no sobre pasar vuestro presupuesto en un baleniario "Barato", teneis que cenar sandwich, o salir al pueblo (qie con bebes pequieños es problematico). Aaaaa y no vayais a los masejes de salon de bellaza en hotel levante ahi, es una estafa. Nos han echo dos masajes lleguales por diferentes precios. (No hagais caso a lo que pone sobre masajes- es mentira, si quiereis contratar uno, contratais el mas barato, el caro sera el mismo.)

La paz que se respiraba. Fuimos un fin de semana para relajarnos y lo conseguimos. Es un viaje autentico y el balneario totalmente recomendable. Desde luego, un fin de semana original.
