My stay in this hotel was relaxingly fabulous. The hotel is beautiful both on the outside and the inside. As a group of girls looking for a relaxing weekend we could not have chossen better. The room was big and spacious. The Spa was fabulous and the treatments we chose we reasonably priced. The hotel has everything one could ask for and its only a very short walk into Granada centre. I would highly recommend it to others.

The Hotel was near to the town/shops and sight seeing places. It provided a family room (4 beds). The breakfast was also quite good and varied for everyone. The noise from rooms above and below. It is also a popular Hotel for school trips/visits and thus expect alot of teenagers.

attention to detail, view from balcony, spa, room size and quality, staff very nice and helpful. Granada fabulous. would suggest hall window has a blind or can be black out so room is darker for sleeping. Veggi option in hotel brochure not available so choice very limited for us.

A very attractive hotel in an excellent location. Room was huge, as was the en-suite bathroom. Both were spotlessly clean. Felt like a luxury hotel. No chance of parking anywhere nearby so were forced to use the hotel parking facility. Parking was quite expensive but very convenient

The hotel structure was nice, and good to look at. House keeping friendly, and cafeteria staff nice. Minimum staffing, had to look for staff to man the cafe/bar, parking is horrible, if your car cant fit in the garage, you can park in the front which hold about 8 very small cars. You are charged the same parking fee, however not guranteed a spot. Vistors block the parking lot, tour buses etc. No one directs traffic, and was blocked in and out several times. Had to got to front desk to have the clerk move thier personal cars etc. Clerks were not rude, but not very freindly and seemed very reactive. Refrigrator in the room does not get cold, clerk said they are all like that, had to store my childs medicine in the cafe fridge. Walls very thin can here entire conversations next door very late at night. Spa, pool, etc not explained at check in, very hard to find within the hotel, and information booklet in rooms only in spanish. In my opinion this Hotel has the outside appearance of a 4 star hotel, and could have the services of a 4 star hotel, however there is no staff to make this happen, and comfort details are overlooked. I would give it three stars on the good stuff and 2 stars on the service!

Location very good for visiting the Alhambra and easy walking into the city centre. Enjoyed having a balcony. The 'triple' room was merely a double with an extra bed so it was very cramped. The bathroom was tiny and the shower flooded it because the screen didn't fit. The walls were badly scuffed and the room smelt of cigarette smoke Terrible lighting so we could not read at night. Cost of parking outrageous. Disappointing.

A comfortable hotel located to the east side of Granada. Well positioned to take the shuttle buses up to the Alhambra (don't even think of walking up!). Helpful staff and nice rooms. A couple of watchouts: - the evening menu was a bit limited - it was tricky to find the hotel given the one way system in town. Worth researching beforehand

Good location for city centre and Alhambra. Friendly, helpful staff. Free parking would have been a bonus and, as it is winter, at least some use of the spa included in the room rate as it was much too cold for the outdoor pool to have been of use.

This place was well located for the Alhambra palace, and was about 1 km walk into the centre of town for evening meals. We stayed 5 nights in September and they gave us a quiet room away from the bus trip crews. Very good swimming pool you could actually swim in. Car parking was not too expensive. We would stay there again They gave us a room with a spa bath and the shower was a hand held shower device over the bath which was part of the bedroom. I would have preferred a normal separate bathroom with a shower in it.

It was quiet, clean. Had a terrible time finding the hotel. Rental car with GPS but around the hotel was a major construction mess. Took an hour to find the hotel. Parking in front of hotel was about 8 cars so had to pay 15 euros to park underground. Took an eternity to check out as the internet was down and all credit transactions were handwritten. The hotel itself was fine but customer service was terrible.

The reception and the halls are magnificent - this a classic hotel, and therefore spacious and wonderfully decorated The are where it is located is superb The personnel were kind enough to assign me a new room as I requested There are three types of rooms in this hotel: old ones, partially refurbished ones and superior rooms (listed in the reception) - which is not specified on booking.com, neither their prices are differentiated - as they should be - and there is a Big difference between an old room and the superior one (the one with triple closet with mirror in the middle you see here). The partially refurbished rooms are fine.

Spacious lobby, rooms and breakfast area. Room nicely decorated and comfortable sitting area plus a small balcony with table and chairs. Separate toilet in bathroom. Spa on site. An ok walk into shopping area, pleasant outdoor park and river nearby. Bus stop a short walk away. Wide range of foods for breakfast. Staff were a little abrupt and did not have a strong customer focus. First room I had there was a loud buzzing noise when one set of lights was on. I requested a room change which happened. In the new room, there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. This was reported and on return to the hotel that afternoon, the staff were very offhand when I asked if it had been rectified. It was only after me insisting that it was not 4 star standard to have to wait so long to have a shower. Finally it was sorted out but on both occasions the staff, different people, could have dealt with it in a more receptive manner.

We liked the Spa although not all the facilities of the spa were available the staff were helpful and friendly and it was a well needed place to relax. The bathroom was lovely and very spacious The main receptionist was not only rude he was inept and unwilling to do his job properly. There was no minibar which is not a problem until you want a bottle of water in the evening. None of the vending machines had any products in them. Upon asking for a bottle we were given glasses and told to drink from the tap as 'Granada water is the cleanest in the world' that is if you regard a high concentration of chlorine as clean. The staff were not english friendly and important information was put up around the hotel in only Spanish. The decor is dated, the television was over 20 years old. We were put in a twin room and the staff were unwilling to change explain to or help us.
