Excellent value at £60/ night / room. Enjoyed having the large pool to cool off in after the heat of sightseeing in Granada. Good location for getting away from the city centre yet being in easy walking distance of it. Also only a 15min (up hill) walk to the Alhambra and you can drop into the Alhambra Palace Hotel on the way for a 'cafe con leche' and a beautiful view. Air con In the room not as cooling as we would have liked.

We came back few days ago from Granada, spending there 3 nights. We were impressed about the hotel, didn't expect that it will be so good for the money we paid. It was my third time in Granada and the previous accomodation in hotels was for the same price but rather in lower conditions. The hotel staff was very kind, helpful, speak English, available 24h. We really like the design of the hotel, our room was big even that we had one extra bed there, enormous bathroom. Good location, about 10-15 min to Gran Via. I reccomend it to my friends if they decide come to Granada one day.

Good location for Alhambra, but drive or take a taxi. We were up-graded to one of the hotel's most expensive rooms as they were fully booked. The breakfast bar holds some mysteries as the labelling of liquid holders is very un-clear. Most people, except Spaniards with good reading eyesight, seem to be unsure about what is in the various urns. Coffee wasn't hot enough in any of the many containers.

We have stayed here before and returned because we like the space, the comfort, the decor and the swimming pool. It also avoids taking the car into the centre of Granada which can be a nightmare. It is a 15 minute walk to the centre but well worth it,

If you like pool, this is really a good choice. close to Alhambra, 10 mins walk to the centre. room is big enough, and with a belcony. quite reasonable price, too. still, 10 minutes walk up hill at night after a few drinks feels quite far.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The spa was great and treatments very reasonable. The location was good for us as we know Granada but it´s not central. It´s about a 15min walk to the centre.

The pool was nice considering its a city hotel. Bar snacks were freshly cooked and of a very good quality. The location of the hotel is great for both the Alhambra and city centre (Both about a 15-20 minute walk). Parking is very limited and quite expensive. They jam your car in the small driveway of the hotel as there is no road parking. You have to leave them the keys so that they can move your car to let someone else out if necessary but this also means you have to wait for them to move all the other cars out of your way before you can go. This wasn't done with any great urgency so had to wait about 20 minutes. Although the staff could generally help with any enquiries they didn't seem overly enthused in doing so.

Clean rooms, nice spa and pool, good amenity options, close to Alhambra and town center, as long as you don't mind the walk. Breakfast could use some improvement.

There was a leak in our room which the hotel staff ignored for 2 days and our things were damaged. The spa was one of the worst ever, I received a manicure and pedicure and it was the worst I ever had. The paint was chipping off in one day, only one coat was used, no attention to cuticles. The spa also offers use of the relaxing pool and jacquzzi. The jaqcuzzi was cold outside with cover on, they didn't even prepare for us. The relaxing pool was anything but relaxing, there wasn't enough water in there so there was this awful suctioning noise so loud you couldn't relax!

It was close to the Alhambra (the main attraction in Grenada), a short walk from the bus stop which also went to the city center. The room did not smell very nice. The wi fi service was non existent from our room; had to sit in the lobby to use it.
