Easy access to city clean an tidy

Toilet was on continuous flush. although reception was told at 8 pm it was still flushing when we left at 10 am. Outside needs a paint and patios need weeding

The staff who were very helpful. The comfortable beds and lovely whirlpool bath.

The car park under the hotel was a little scary.

Clean and modern. Good location.

Too expensive for the money. Breakfast and hotel services are priced way too high. Refrigerator worked poorly. Maid staff entered our room and cleaned it even when we asked them not to.

Staff friendly and attentive, always willing to assist in making your stay more enjoyable. Having a permanent Taxi rank outside the Hotel is a bonus!

Hotel Parking needs refurbishing and the floor level ramps need redesigning as they stand very proud and scrape the bottom of the vehicles. Entry is totally unsuitable for SUVs!

estrella....the woman at reception was excellent, but the concierge was not knowledgeable enought in english to help us.

Great beds and very nice room

Location 15 minutes from area, Room a little warm, seems too not have ac working. 20eu breakfast way too much.

The large bed was a pure delight. Nice room, modern, with a beautiful view outside.

No point for a bathtub and a shower one to another. Door from bathroom not like a regular door. Wifi - need to reconnect with user/passw each time you go online

Outside of hotel looked pretty run down. Window didn't open in one of our room and the room was overheated. Shower door leaked so bathroom floor flooded.

Good location, 10/15min walk to the main sites of interest. Very good for the bus/ tram and metro station too. 15min bus ride to the main train station. The bed was huge and very comfy, the room smart modern and clean. Staff spoke good english and were very helpful.

Free wifi would have been great, but its only a minor grievance..

The location and facilities were generally good. The staff were very helpful with good restaurant suggestion and we had a wonderful meal.

The rooms were very comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom was luxurious. All the amenities were there,

The light switch arrangement in the room was byzantine! You press one switch on and a light goes on, you press it off and all the lights in the room go off! You press that one again, to get the lights back, and nothing happens - its another switch! So each light had to be put on one at a time! Really annoying! And there was no kettle in the room so impossible to get a tea or coffee during the day (without calling room service which costs a fortune)

The parking, I understand its a public park but, think it should be a reduced price for the Hotel guests.
