I liked very much Sevilla and our visits I liked very much the confort at the hotel
Good shower. Late checkout for €20 after marathon. Location good with tram stop around corner but only 10 minute walk to old town
Took a while to check in!
This hotel is nearby a second train station in the city. the other train station which has all rent car company is 30 mins away and the center of city is 15 mins away; however, it is very close to Espanyo Plaza.
The only thing I don't like this hotel was laundry service. My cloths are smelled like very weird.
Plaza d'Espana, Park on the doorstep View of old city and Giralda from our room (top floor)
Food bland No facilities for making tea in room
Rooms where adequate size and beds where comfortable. We paid for the breakfast and it was well worth it as they have one of the best breakfast buffets that I have seen while travelling in a long time.
Hotel is located near Plaza de Espana so a short tram ride to get to the old part of town.
Good location for exploring Seville. The hotel is reasonably modern and the rooms are fitted to a decent standard.
Some (not all) of the bar and reception staff were plain rude at times. We also did not book breakfast, and having declined it both when booking and at check in were surprised to find well over 100euros added to our bill when we checked out. Furthermore it is not made clear in the room service menu that there is an individual service charge for every item over and above the price given in the menu - effectively doubling the cost of a coffee (there are no in room facilities for tea and coffee making). The gym would benefit from better air conditioning. The large double bed is actually two singles pushed together.
We got a very nice view over the Spain square and the room was very comfortable. Cleaning ladies very nice and forthcoming. Advice on those seeking double bed - the hotel does not promise it and it is probable you will a twin room (joined bed). Many were arguing at the reception and insisted on double beds - but there is no point in that: the view will compensate for it (at least we would not trade double room for a worse view.
For such a hotel it would be normal to have a concierge for support on smaller issue (this is done by reception which is almost always crowded)
Outside the old town which made parking easier. Good concierge.
This is a very run down hotel in every aspect. Lift to the car park is very old and one was broken on arrival. Finishing's in the room were tattered. Breakfast was very basic (had better in 3 star hotels). OK stay but the price should be at the level of 3 star hotel.
Very good, well refurbished and comfortable room including excellent bathroom. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful service. Good location - 20 mins pleasant stroll to Cathedral.
Nothing specific - hotel isn't "quaint" but is good around 4*
The parking garage a little to expensive for just a few hours we were there
The ubicación was very good. Near the plaza de Espana and Park Maria Luisa. The staff was very professional and friendly.
A question, why in a room for two people there always is one comfy chair? Of course you can sit on the bed but we asked for two twin beds and the beds had wheels. So impossible to lean against the headboard because the bed took a ride all by itself. Funny. Maybe but not at that moment.
Location, bar area, room facilities and decor
Very stuffy room despite climate A/C control
Location walking distance to old part of city. The pool area was great for relaxation.
Great hotel , lovely staff all in all a greT experience.
Nothing really, just wishes they had an electric kettle in the room.
The rooms and hotel itself were very stylish with lots of room and excellent bathrooms and finishings....and the most enormous , comfortable bed.
Pay a little more for a room with with a view, either across the town or over the park. Right opposite Plaza de Espana. Easy to get into the.city...about 15 minute walk away. Lots of buses, taxis and Metro nearby.
Be aware its a conference / congress hotel. Its also in the University area which can be busy. Not a problem for us but could be for people wanting a relaxing hotel.
Excellent view of plaza de españa
A bit far from the old town locations
the kindness at reception and the breakfast
Location at the rear of the Plaza de Espana and only a 15 min walk to the cathedral and the centre of town was ideal. Rooms were very good with lovely bathrooms and all facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Underground car park was very convenient. Buffet breakfast was very extensive and good quality food
Great facilities Excellent breakfast, have a lot of food choices so you don't have to eat the same thing everyday! Excellent location, near the beautiful Plaza de España. Good transport and an excellent restaurant just around the corner from the hotel called "Baco"
The only thing I didnt like is that we had to change our keys four times. However the staff was very helpful and fixed the problem quickly.
Comfortable room Swimming pool Good location - 15 min walk to the Cathedral, 5-7 min to the railway station
location is right next to Plaza de Espana, walking distance to city centre in 10-15 minutes but a pleasant walk 24/7 reception is always appreciated - we arrived late at night and were warmly welcome. we stayed for 3 nights and did not get to try any of facilities but the hotel have them all if required. would certainly consider staying again
we had the last room at the end of a corridor and it was very noisy in the mornings when room service started. wont be a problem if you are an early bird!
Very comfortable beds and room spotless. breakfast excellent, so much to choose from.
reception staff not very friendly and service in bar for food very slow.
The friendliness of the staff- very attentive to your needs.
