Convenient to city centre, efficient staff, good location,great views of city and hills, quiet,easy to find, adjacent to beach,city shopping, restaurants, public transport and taxis and no rowdies in residence. No pool nor outdoor sunning area. Layout of reception/entrance area not attractive but was functional. Bar/restaurant was on 2nd floor accessible by either lift or stairs. Not a problem really but lacked character. It was geared towards locals or business meetings rather than tourists. Maybe that was a good thing in itself.

location great- minutes to old city, to beach and over road to new marina. also great for transport toand from airport. room good size. abit dated but very clean and comfortable. noise from road. outside entrance to hotel not very welcoming but fine once inside.

I and my sisters loved the convenience of been close to the beach. The staff were friendly and warm. Breakfast great I dont have any negative comments except I thought swimming pool would be bigger

We thought it was in a good part of Malaga for visiting the City, better than staying right in the middle. Approx 10 minutes to walk to the centre of town. Lots of nice bars and places to eat round about and good location for getting local buses. Didnt bother us as we live near a reasonably noisy road but there is a very busy road at the front. If traffic noise bothers you ask for a room facing the Bull Ring out the back.

Excellent at all levels, staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, although I speak a little Spanish their English was great. Hotel was clean, luxurious and brilliantly located, what a great place, and Malaga was a great place to visit, much better than I thought it would be, well worth a visit, lad we went rather than just going off to the beach reports like everyone else, a good taste of real Spain, the shopping was also fantastic as we're the restaurants around the newly developed port area. Special mention to Maria who worked on reception at the hotel, she was great and very friendly, my six year old daughter loved her. Nothing

Rooms were extremely comfortable, very bright, very clean, tastefully designed, especially by using the Picasso prints, quiet when needed.. Really couldn't ask for more. Hotel is ideally suited for access to the old city (5mins walk),and buses to the airport and elsewhere are close by..( and the Malaga buses are great!) Hotel staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly.....What a great place to stay in a great city!! Would have been good to have an extra blanket in reserve as temperatures went down at night....
