Good Quality hotel in interesting location a few minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Decent sized double room with small balcony, kettle (not usually found in hotel rooms in Spain!), plenty of storage space and comfy bed. The breakfast was good value at 10 Euros...hot and cold buffet with lots of choice. Staff civil but not overly friendly but no complaints at all about our stay. Would recommend but it should be noted that it is near the Raval area with can be "interesting" at night, however we never felt threatened or unsafe.

Room on the roof is spacious and has its own terrace! Hotel is Great location, right in the centre of the older part of town but just off the main street so quiet both during the day and at night. I will be going back to Barcelona again and I will book this hotel!!!

Clean hotel The thermostat was centrally controlled, so you could not lower the temperature and it was hot in the room. Location was 2 blocks off the main street in a poor location with bums and prostitutes around the corner.

We only had one day in Barcelona. The hotel staff helped us prioritize what we needed to see, then helped us with a terrific restaurant suggestion. Our room was modern, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed. They staff even arranged for a taxi for us, then called our room when it was 10 minutes out.

Central situation, close to Ramblas and close to tube (Liceu). From the hotel you can go to any touristic destinations and some of those arewalking distance. Breakfast is charged 10 euros but is well organised and sufficient primarily if you are not planning a big lunch. Peple at the desk are very kind. Room (110) for three people is big enough. Very noisy room. We could hear our neighbours quite well and our room on top was situated close to the staircase. Isolation is really poor. Safe was not included in the hotel price....

The hotel was in an excellent location close to La Rambla, restaurants, bars and shopping. We stayed in the penthouse so we had lots of room and a large outside private area. Was a wonderful place to finish our holiday in Spain

Location and frendly hotel staff. The room has no mini-bar and refrigerator. And secondly, I think we should to alert the guests who come to this hotel with his car that parking place in garages near to the hotel was a 31-36 euro for 24 hours, however if you pay by the hour, then the price was 3.6 euro per hour.

The hotel was clean but not luxury just the basics. The staff was very business like and not that friendly. It was my second time staying there, stayed because of the price and location. Had to pay for everything, use of the computer in the lounge to use of the safe in the room. The staff was not very friendly. Room very small with no view

Nice staff Lack of sound insulation. Stone floors outside rooms, people walking by sounded like in your room. Noisy and rough neighbourhood despite centrally located near Las Ramblas.

Good location and the rooms were well airconditioned. Some staff were helpful others were not. The rooms were tiny. Some of the staff were horrible and rude. Bed were like sleeping on concrete. Not value for money, would only stay there if i was desperate.

Conveniently close to the underground, the medieval city within walking distance. Quiet street with good restaurants.Lovely breakfast. The temperature in our room (inside the building, towards the light shaft) was a constant 27 degrees. We notified the staff a couple of times, but nothing happened. This seem to have happened before, according to other guest reviews.

The use of safe is normally free of charge in other hotels. This is not the case in this hotel. Although the charge is insignificant, just about 2.8 euro per night; it creates a bad impression. Moreover, check-in time is 1:00 p.m. while check-out time is 10:30 a.m. It is a bit unfair to customers.

within walking distance of la ramblas, a short distance from the central market (mercat de la boqueria) as well as the gothic area, this little hotel is perfectly situated. its also surrounded my quaint little bars, cafes and restaurants so there is never a shortage of dining and entertainment options. rooms are neat and clean, and come with free internet access throughout. staff were friendly and helpful too. finally, there is access to the rest of the city via a metro station just right around the corner. recommended.
