The convenience for travelling from Spain to Ferry ports and the clean, comfortable room. We had an evening meal and it was delicious. Well done, we have already recommended this hotel to our fellow travellers who will be using that route.

Stayed for one night on journey fom Malaga to Santander ferry and found very easy to find from motorway,hotel both clean and warm ,staff friendly and hatel food acceptable but not great !!!!!!!!!!! Would certainly stay again if in area Due to a reception in another room the service at dinner was a little slipshod

This is a very good location hotel, as we were traveling from Torrevieja to Santander to catch the ferry home. A good bar where we could get a coffee and a snack. Bedrooms can be noisy, take earplugs for a good nights sleep.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent evening meal, we had breakfast in the cafeteria this time. Stayed here last year, still excellent value. Don't us ethegarage, very difficult to get out of if it has been raining - slippy

This was a good overnight stop on the way to Santander Ferry. Our only gripe was that we could not control the room temparature which was too hot. We will use it again some time.

Very good car parking facilities, efficient, comfortable reception area. Free internet. Good size rooms. Food served is poor and finding the hotel without a satnav is difficult, especially if travelling from Madrid.

We were onroute from Alicante to Santander and the hotel was a good stop off to break the journey. If ever we were to do the same trip again we would most certainly stay there again.

The hotel is right next to the motorway but still quiet and very handy for the ferry ports of Santander or Bibao. It has a good restaurant with good food and the menue of the day is good value for money, they also have a good selection of wines. We have stayed there many times and we now feel the hotel is getting a little tired and could do with a good spruce up there was mould around the bath and wash basin and other parts of the bathroom which is my pet hate. But because of the location we will still stay there again.

Located near the motoway but no noise in the room. The truck stop is next door and didnot bother us. Good size room but could have done with air con. The reseraunt is simple but adequate and very acceptable and a good price 14€ per meal inc wine. A very good overnight stop for an onward journey. It's got a lift too.

We used this hotel as a 1 night stopover on way to Ferry at Santander. It was a very comfortable hotel. Reception staff very helpful and spoke excellent English. Food was very good and everything was reasonably priced.

The staff particularly the receptionist were helpful and friendly. The hotel is well priced, adequately comfortable for a tourist and very convenient - near to the motorway and Burgos centre for those travelling on the a1 in Spain.

the location is definately this hotels strong point, being right next to the main motorway from the ferry ports in the north, to Madrid and the south the food in the restaurant was not good.

Hi We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rey Arturo. The rooms were spotless and the evening meal was excellent, far above what you normally expect in this type of hotel. The receptionist was particularly helpful to us as we had a minor problem with our car. She telephoned someone for us and it was fixed, no problem. We thank her very much for her consideration. The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay when catching the ferry from Bilbao. We will definitely use this hotel again Sometimes it would be nice to have tea or coffee making facilities in the room even if you have to pay a little more for the convenience

This is the second time that we have used this hotel,this time we were on our way back to the uk. We were in a 1st floor room and the facilities were clean and the beds comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
