La habitación, que era muy amplia, con dos partes, una donde estaba la cama y el acceso al baño y otra que hacía de recibidor y donde había un minibar y una pequeña cocina con menaje para preparar té, incluida una bolsa de té para unas 4 raciones. El agua del minibar era gratuita. La cama algo dura para nuestro gusto, así como la almohada. La cisterna del baño tenía truco para que no se quedase corriendo el agua después de tirar, cosa que se me olvidó decir a la salida, pero en general un buen hotel.

Hotel sin lujos, pero con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Habitaciones espaciosas, armario grande. Baños reformados. Pequeña cocina en la habitación.Personal muy amable. Situado en calle tranquila y al mismo tiempo cerca de la zona de tiendas y bares de Albacete.

He enviado a la Consejeria de Turismo de Castilla la Mancha, una reclamación basada en el hecho de que en el habitación 61 era imposible dormir por el ruido producido por la torre de refigeración del aire acondicionado. El problema fué reconocido por el personal del hotel, pero me informaron que no podían hacer nada ya que el hotel estaba completo. Tambien llamé al servicio de atención al cliente de booking .com. Hablé a las 2.00 de la mañana con una señorita que no se donde estaba situada y que después de tenerme al teléfono más de 15 minutos, me comunicó que no me podía darme ninguna solución.
