The room was small and very dark, bathroom was tiny, looked shabby and old - not at all what I expected for the price and star rating

We are a short walk from the beach. The hotel staff gave us wrong information a couple times. For example, they told us that the bike rental was only for residents, but it is for anyone who buys a card from the tourist office.

The hotel was almost in front of the bus stop to the shuttle bus terminal and the beach. Therefore, it was very convenient to go anywhere in San Sebastian. As 4-star hotel, the staff at the reception was not friendly at all. Also, the room was not cleaned very well. It was not a big mess, but the hotel could have improved its cleaning service more.

Great location, right near the beach. When they discovered we were a family and had two rooms they made a special effort to find us interconnecting rooms. Whilst it was generally a comfortable hotel there were a number of niggling problems. The air conditioning simply couldn't cool the room and sounded like a tractor. It was worse with it off. So we sweltered and couldn't sleep through the racket. The room service food quality was woeful. The hotel is located on a main road and is very noisy.

the hotel was in a perfect location 5 mins walk to an amazing beach`. there is a fantastic promenade stretching for miles along the coast. there is a bustling nite life with something for everyone from sedate restaurants to buzzing tapas bars. everything is accessible by foot. there are also lots of bikes you can hire. taxis and buses are plentiful. there is an old hitoric part of town full of interesting things to see and a more modern part

A very decent hotel, quite close to the sea promenade and main beaches, well-kept, a bit over-priced, though. Staff should learn English, sometimes you are lost if you don't speak Spanish.

I have stayed in the hotel twice before. Before as a couple, this time we had 2 young children. We booked a triple room & it was very spacious, had 3 single beds & a pullout bed. I would recommend the hotel for its location to the beach, less then 5 minute walk, walking distance of shops, bars & restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk along the promenade to the city. There are plenty of play areas for young children in San Sebastian even on the beach. We dined in the restaurant every night, the set menu was very reasonable and staff were very friendly & helpful. San Sebastian is a fantastic place for a weekend break or a family sun holiday. I will definitely be back again.

The room was clean, well and nicely equipped. We were given low-floor noisy room although asked for opposite in our booking and later on reception. The room had a smell of desinsection or carpet cleaning, what we did not understood upon arrival when the windows were open and we spent only 3-4 minutes in the room. But at night the smell became disgusting. Moreover, the room was very noisy at night because of heavy traffic. Fortunately, we booked for one night.

Staff are helpful, we had a fantastic meal in the restaurant and not expensive. Breakfast is good but not worth the e16 each, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants close. Hotel is at opposite end to city centre - 20 minute walk along the beach, very pleasant, many good bars and restaurants close by, so you don't have to head for the city centre. Very satisfied with hotel would stay here again. Only bad thing and its not really that bad was the breakfast was too expensive.
