Hotel Santa Lucia  

The convenience of the location with car parking.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to refurbishment and the only evening meal available was in the cafeteria. We had booked dinner, bed and breakfast so were committed to eating at the hotel. (Its location was too far out of the city to make eating there viable ). The menu in the cafeteria was very limited and we were eating there three nights.

The staff were very friendly and the internet connection was good. The location was ideal for me as I was driving and wanted to stay near the main routes to both the airport and for Porto. To be fair, I was happy with what I got regardless of what I will answer in the next box.

The room was old and tired. My room was a non-smoking one but there room has a permanent smell of old smoke. The water system would wake the dead and toilet paper would have beena bonus! A more substantial Breakfast offering would have been helpful.

Hotel Santa Lucia is economical, clean, quiet and the staff is helpful. It is close to everything; a bus to the city stops right outside the door. We enjoyed staying just outside the city with easy access to highways for touring the region by car.

Um ótimo ponto foi a internet, disponivel nos quartos, o que nos facilitou para reserva de outros hoteis, informacoes sobre a viagem, contato com nossos familiares.

A localizacao nao é muito boa, fica em uma estrada, nao tem nada proxima, voce é obrigado a tomar o cafe da manha no hotel porque é longe de tudo. O cafe da manha é cobrado. Mas como estavamos de carro, para fazer passeios a localizacao nao foi problema, mas se precisar de algo: uma farmacia por exemplo, tem que estar de carro e andar alguns kms...

Hotel was prima. Dienstverlening goed. Avondeten mogelijk tegen redelijke prijs.

Met navigatiesysyeem hotel moeilijk te vinden. Zelfs met coördinaten niet helemaal juist. Het beste zou zijn om via nuttige plaats: hotel Lucia te zoeken (advies van receptioniste) Ver buiten het centrum. Wij hebben met navigatiesysteem 's avonds in het donker veel moeite gehad het hotel te vinden, omdat het systeem ons naar wegen bracht die nog niet klaar waren.

Das Fruestueck laesst zu wuenschen uebrig.Die Croissants waren alt und kaum was zum essen.Habe mir das Fruestueck anderst vorgestellt,aber sonst ok,naechstesmal buche ich ohne Fruestueck.

Era tranquilo,no habia problemas de aparcamiento y en la cafeteria del hotel podias comer bien y por un precio razonable.amables en el trato y te facilitaban cualquier cosa si podian

Solo los problemas que tuvimos para encontrarlo.las indicaciones no son muy claras y de noche te confundian,siempre dabamos 2 ó 3 vueltas antes de llegar. Pero puede ser mas un problema de nuestro navegador que otra cosa.

El precio

Las habitaciones necesitan reformas, limpieza escasa, solo habia un enchufe en la habitacion ubicado en el baño

Aunque esta alas afueras de Santiago esta muy bien no hay ruidos a pesar de estar al borde de la carretera.Se puede desplazar a Santiago sin necesidad de utilizar el coche pues hay servicio de autobuses en la misma puerta del hotel.Muy limpio y acogedor.
