Senator Barcelona Spa Hotel  

Excelent localization, near metro station, very good breakfast, we felt safe in the streets to the metro station In a next come to Barcelona we will choose again this hotel!

The room was not so clean as it was supposed to be

An amazing hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value for money and in an ideal location for Camp Nou matches. A quick hop on the metro to the town centre.

Friendly People @ Breakfast.

Many times no room cleaner came. Ok, we wanted to sleep long but no excuse. By this we spend several days with no hotel soap and we didn't get any new drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast next to the live cook was poor. No decent bread was available. Only industrial bread. Ok I'm from Belgium. Different culture. The spa was dissapointing, long gone glory and no windows? Just bad management and design. The wifi is just a rip off if you want to manage your business you still need to pay to have a working connection. Just not a 4 star like they say.

Location was great. Across the street is a bus stop taking you directly to the harbour and La Rambles, at a cost of 2 euros each way good value. Great location for the Camp Nou. Just a 10 min walk to the mighty stadium

Nice hotel five ten minuets walk to nou camp and open top buses to see sights about ten euors taxi to la rambles

That it was within walking distance of the nou camp football ground which was the reason or our visit.

It didn't feel welcoming for families, it seems as if it caters for businessmen & couples. Children are only allowed to use the indoor pool for 1 hour during the whole day & at a set time (approx10-1030am) which isn't long after you've just ate your breakfast.

The hotel was ideally situated for the nou camp and there was an excellent bus service running from outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice The fridge in the room was stocked daily with free water and soft drimks which is a nice touch It was my birthday during our stay and even though we did not mention this to the staff a bottle of champagne was put in our room for when we returned on the evening.

I have liked location, facilities and reception service.

I did not like comunication between reception and housekeeping, because when we came to our room it was set for one person, so we asked reception to add some stuff to our room and it took two days to get what we requsted. We could see that reception guys did call housekeeping rightaway, but housekeeping somehow did not understand.

internet did not work in the room ! Internet ne marchait pas dans la chambre ! Internet no funccionaba en la habitacion

Closed to fc Barcelona's stadium Many good restaurant nearby.

Elevator was very slow and I sometimes needed to wait it for a long time.

A beautiful hotel. Excellent staff, in all areas, this includes the restaurant staff, cleaners & receptionists. Excellent value for money.

I had to choose this hotel, cause all others hotels were already booked, due to the World Mobile Congress, wich took place in Barcelona. The price was quite high (800€ per night) But the service was awful The rooms were very dirty. You can connect to the wi-fi only if you have local gsm operator,(the password is resived on yhe phone). I wouldn't reccomend anybody to stay there. It was one of the worst hotel i have ever been. I don't understand why is it 4 stars hotel, i'm sure It doesn't deserve any stars!
