Is there a shortage of soap in Barcelona? We had to ask for soap almost daily. One tiny block was given to us and any left removed next day!!

Staff were extremely rude and often defensive when asked questions, the air conditioning didnt work and we were made to feel like idiots by the member of staff who dealt with it he insisted it worked and eventually came to check for himself when he eventually agreed it didnt work we were moved we didnt get an apology

thought it was great value for a hotel in the middle of a cosmopolitan city. Loved the fact it had a spa and pool. Very convenient

Convient for the Metro, central rail station and city center.

In the bathroom the room service didn't replace used items such as paper towels, toilet rolls, shower gell and champoo. In the main room milk was not replaced and there was insufficient tea and coffee (one sachet of each)

Its proximity to CampNou

There was two of us in our room but only had enough towels, tea/coffee etc for one. We kept having to ask reception for more things, we eventually got two sets of towels but only ever enough tea/coffee for one. I think they put us in a single room but charged us for a double!

I loved the location of the hotel, which is just a stone's throw away from Nou Camp

While overall the staff was friendly, I came across this receptionist "Laetitia" who at times was downright rude. I do not speak Spanish and hence couldn't pronounce an address clearly over the phone, and when I asked this lady to help me with it, the reply I got was "You have google on the internet, so find there". By any means, that's not an answer a guest expects at the hotel. Secondly, the air-conditioner was switched off by the management and when I asked them to switch it on as the room was hot, I was told to keep the window open. Further, the fan in the room worked at the lowest possible speed and there was no regulator to increase the speed.

the room is very comfortable, especially the sofa which is so great! also,we can have free drinks in our room every day~~and ice machine in floor which is very convenient~~

the wifi in hotel is divided in 2 classes, the free one is quite limited, we can not watch any video or do any download.....at the same time,the upgrade one is expensive..... the spa is a little disappointed....not worth that money...

- Rather poor room service, sometimes they forgot about basics: take some rolls of toilet paper with you ;) - also the room was only cleaned superficially

Just two road away and you take to train tio the city - very easy - very nice rooms. Excellent value for money.

Parking was very expensive.

We liked the fact that we were going to see a football match and we could walk home to the hotel in ten minutes which saved us getting public transport. We also found the hotel was very clean

We were very unhappy that on the first night of arrival we could not even get a cup of coffee or a sandwich anywhere in the hotel!! We were all a bit tired and did not want to go outside again. When i spoke to the man at the front desk (it was the only member of staff we could find) he said it was out of season, i could understand that but not for all the restaurants to be closed!!. There was one place with a couple of tables with people eating but the waitress said she was fully booked.There needs to be somewhere where we could at least get a snack whatever time of year it is, you do not expect to have a 4 star hotel with no eating facilities.

The hotel was excellent fr access to the Nou Camp.

Breakfast was a little overpriced and slightly dissapointing.

The location is fantastic, you can get to any part of the city easily including the Airport . The area is quiet and is really value for money,the management is terrific.

Was very close to FC Barcelona stadion and University. Also in a quite part of the city

Disapointed by the fact that during off-season when pool is closed children are not able to acces the spa during an afternoon,3days away with the purpose of seeing 1 game of football leaves you needing to spend time else where
