The location, handy for using public transport. Just down the road from Camp Nou (Barcelona FC). The Accommodation is definitely first class and the food 5*. Only 20 mins from the Airport. Extremely, comfortable place to stay!!! The Basement Spa was absolutely wonderful and it was Free from 10.00 - 12.00 noon.

Staff service, Terrible WIFI and not very helpfull staff.
great facility, great food...
The checking desk staff was a bit rude, did not gave us any logical information such us options or help with the internet which was very slow... We had to keep asking questions for things which usually are given in advance by staff on hotels of this level.
Shuttle service to airport never came. Staff didn't care.
Easy to find once you knew that FC Barcelona was at the end of the road!
Being told they "must have" both passports and that we "must" pay in advance before even seeing the room, because that's what "all hotels do these days" - and we have just been travelling for 7 weeks! "Well you don't know Spain" - we are resident and travel extensively! The map thrown at us the next morning by another receptionist was a free bus tours map and did not show the hotel district and no explanation given. The beds need updating and a cheap shower curtain doesn't befit a so called 4star hotel. Free minibar (Except alcoholic drinks) was two small bottles of water with seals broken. Aircon didn't work and the fan was going to fall off the ceiling................ Not impressed!
We had a king room (or smth like this it's called) and to sleep there was fantastically, bad is perfect. But was a bit noisy in the early morning.
Stuff was not very friendly there. We wanted to order smth in the room and couldn't reach anybody by the phone and went to DIA to buy dinner, that was easier to get the order in the room - amazing (DIA is very close from the hotel)
city, fountains, football
food a bit basic,
Location close to Camp Nou in a nice & quiet area
Too expensive for what is offered. Not even breakfast included, which was certainly quite expensive. Not to mention the 'Wellness SPA" Employees think they are doing you a favor.. i speak spanish and one of them acted like he didn't understand me. !?
- Location - Cleaning - Scilence - Large Area
- Wi-Fi - Broken Heater - Dripping A/C
Staff didn't make you feel welcome at all an not really helpful Got there felt lost the front desk was Unmaned no extra pillows although I requested it
Pool outdoor closed WIFI did not work and Staff could not help Poor english-speaking staff
The food was not what we expected
Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfy, close to Camp Nou but nothing else. If you are visiting to see all of Barcelona, would recommend staying near the Rambla instead of way out of it like here. Not a bad hotel, just not great. However, staff were helpful whenever we needed them and didn't have any major problems.
Was perfect place to visit Camp Nou however, really out the way and in a quiet residential area if you want to travel into the centre and La Rambla. Roughly 20-30 mins in a taxi or bus. Was told we would have free water and pepsi in the minibar and when we got there it was a fridge with two TINY bottles of water and no pepsi. When we asked reception for more, we had to pay 3 euros per bottle. Also, main reason I booked was for the indoor spa facilities and pool area, when we went to use the indoor pool, was told it was only free between 10am - 12am then after that would be 20 euros each! found this ridiculous considering we were guests at the hotel.
rooms were quiet, very handy for nou camp,,beautiful to walk in to
room service,,2 items on menu that we asked for were not available,,
We had hoped to use the rooftop pool and despite it being 29 degrees outside, it was closed for end of season.
Good location for me. Very quiet.
A bit shabby
Breakfast was delicious (live cooking, fresh fruits and juice an ofcourse other thing too), rooms were cleaned and lining and towels changed every day.
Free WIFI did not worked very well
The poor attituse of the staff
