Nice and calm location. Close to one metro station takes you to the crowded center within 10 mins.

The hotel is placed in a quiet neibourhood and you can find the subway within a 2 minute walk that takes you directly to the Ramblas. Beds are fine and the frigde in the room was a plus. parking in the street is free from 8pm to 8am.

We needed to park the car in the hotel parking and it was 23 euros per night. The hotel is aging a bit.

Good staff, close to the subway station. The suburb was quite good.

We asked for a quiet room, when we reserved the room, but we didn't get it. The room was so noisy all evening, night and dawn, especially at night, that we couldn't sleep for a week. Noise from everywhere: from outside (cars, motorbikes, gargbade trucks at dawn, coaches, hotel's terrace under the windows) and from inside (paper thin walls, so you can hear everybody and everything). At weekends the subway goes just every 15 minutes, so at weekends the hotel is far away from the central and the beach. Beds were strange.

Breakfast area was nice and a good varied breakfast was provided

I have travelled extensively staying in all levels of accommodation and this by far was the poorest quality ever. I asked for an iron but there was only 1 working for 56 bedrooms. Communal areas grubby and bedroom less than average with paper thin walls. I paid €450 euro's for this room on a room only basis, as there was a major conference on in the city and room charges were at a premium - daylight robbery. Normal hotel fees are about €100 and I still feel this hotel is overpriced for the quality. Very disappointing.

I loved the location and the simple beauty of the rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As a single female I felt very comfortable staying there.
