- Very kind and competent staff at the reception desk, always smiling and ready to help; good English - friendly waiters - tasty food

- Room on the first floor, just above the kitchen - awful You can't open the windows as the smells of the fried fish gets into your room + hot air from the kitchen equipment. - manager: she was walking around like a thunderbolt without a slightest smile - the shower gel & shampoo in the bathroom wasn't supplied - on checking out we were charged for drinks for one of the dinners, even if we paid for them during the dinner - coffee served for breakfast from the self-service machine: AWFUL

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the fact that I had not paid more than I did for it!

The apartment was hard to find. It was very basic, no kettle, view or balcony to even step out on. The pool at the hotel was tiny, sunbeds facing the pool and no one could walk by. The staff were short on words and even shorter on smiles!! I would not ever stay here again

The location was perfect for us because it the first time we have taken our son away without a pram and so we wanted to be quite central. The main hotel was on the beach front and the studios we stayed in were a two minute walk away.

The bathroom smelled of the drains. The main problem we had was that the studio was on two levels. It wasn't suitable for a family with young a young child. The staircase and balcony were open and with handrails that weren't safe for a child. We couldn't let our son stay up there and didn't feel that we could use the upstairs in case he tried to come to us during the night and so we pushed the lower beds together and tried to sleep together which led to not much sleep for any of us. The price was reasonable and the accommodation was fine for couples, groups or families for older children.

Gefallen hat mir einzig die Lage des Hotels ,

Es war ja bei der sehr kurzfristigen Buchung nicht mehr möglich im Haupthaus untergebracht zu werden , so daß wir einStudiozimmer gebucht haben. Dort gab man uns gleich ersteinmal das einzigste Zimmer ohne Balkon , extrem dunkel , stickig einfach eckelig. Ich ließ mir dann andere Zimmer zeigen U. es war möglich zu wechseln.Man sollte wissen es ist extrem laut in der Nacht U. frühen Morgenstunden da die Hauptverkehrsstr. Dort verläut. Gereinigt wurde alle 3 Tage D.H. es auch erfolgte auch kein Handtuchwechsel zwischendurch.Ich würde auch niemanden empfehlen Frühstück zu buchen , schade ums Geld .Eigentlich sollten diese Studiozimmer niemandem angeboten werden oder nicht im Zusammenhang mit dem Hotel, die Einrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt U. lieblos .

Een kleinschalig gezellig hotel, lekker ontbijt. We hebben in het restaurant ook heerlijk à la carte gegeten en Tropicana Beachclub was ook zeer aan te bevelen, lekkere bedden, gezellige muziek, heerlijke tapas en leuke bediening

We hadden eerst een kamer met een wat kleine badkamer, maar konden de volgende dag naar een andere kamer met een heerlijke ruime badkamer.

Att man kunde gå och ta en promenad på strnaden när man vill.

Personal var inte så angagerade och hjälpa eller sälja service som de har.

was er alleen om te slapen dus kan er weinig over zeggen

het ontbijt was echt smerig dus hebben we dat buiten het hotel gedaan en maar 2 keer schoon gemaakt moest zelf voor nieuwe douche handoeken vragen maar niet te min prima hotel voor te slapen en dat was ook het enige wat we daar tenslotte deden. gr D. Middendorp

Su ubicacion, respeto a la playa y al centro de torremolinos

el desayuno muy repetitivo y falta de reposicion y que internet no llega a las habitaciones, solamente en la planta de recepcion

Reservé un estudío y me dieron una habitacion con vistas, aunque salí ganando , ya que el estudio se encontraba más retirado del hotel. Un buen fin de semana.

Mycket trafikstört läge - har aldrig sovit sämre! Hårda obekväma sängar. Byte av lakan/handdukar var 3:e dag - äckligt. Otillräcklig info att rummet låg I ett annex.

La ubicacion

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicacion, que está en primerisima linea, nos dieron una habitacion con vistas al mar y a la piscina. sin duda lo mejor es eso.

No hay nada que no me gustase, pero eso si, muchisimas cosas que mejorar, el bufet del desayuno poquisima variedad, las instalaciones bastante antiguas, no tenian el aire acondicionado puesto en la zonas comunes, los 2 ascensores pequeñisimos, no pienso que este hotel merezca las 4 estrellas

Los colchones de los estudios son denunciables. Cuando llegamos había overbooking y mandaron a parte de mi familia a otro hotel bastante más lejos y a nosotros no porque el otro hotel también estaba ya completo, con lo cual, estuvimos separados.
