Tryp Madrid Ambassador Hotel    

Great location! Right in the heart of the city..you can go to all historical places or shopping or just stroll around the fun streets...It is just a block away from where the main action...Rooms are fantastic!

The fact that it required 3 trains to get to the hotel from the airport and the best way is just to take a taxi! But I think, its still worth it!

Charge for hotel computer and did not support google systems well - too confusing.

The room, location, lobby, the room maid (she was definitely nce in contrast to the desk people)

The staff at the desk were not pleasant and especially not helpful in things tourists neeed help. definitely not helpful.

Finding the hotel is not easy unless you take a taxi. Don't take the subway from the airport if you have cases, taxis are plentiful and good value. Breakfast costs silly, but plenty of good alternatives nearby.

The staff is really friendly and ready to help you in all the possible ways. The position is perfect to go to the airport and to visit all the corner of the city. It is at the same time pretty quiet and really clean.

Wifi in the room has no really strong signal, but you can still use it

We found all the staff very friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect to visit the centre of Madrid. The crowning glory was to have a bottle of Cava ordered by my wife for my 75th birthday provided free of charge. Many thanks for such an excellent gesture

A small annoyance was that it was difficult to open the door of room 215 with the key. This was reported to reception. We would have liked to eat at the hotel before 8.30, although we appreciated that there are many restaurants in Madrid

The staff were so helpful The rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable . Basically liked everything would book again! So central to everything

The hotel was in a great location, and had everything you could need. We didn't spend too much time in the hotel as we were too bust exploring the city, but on the whole, it was comfortable, clean and the staff were lovely.

The double bed was a little small, but I've got a king size at home, so just not used to a standard. Not really a problem though.

Hard wooden floors in the bedrooms which magnify sound enormously - I had a violinist practising next door on the first night and one can hear people talking in the next room as if they were with you. Also - is it really necessary these days to charge guests for the internet?

No es la situacion ideal para acomodar personas en habitacion triple. La cama adicional es muy pequena e incomoda.

Nos gusta mucho la ubicación, está cerca del centro pero en una calle tranquila. El hotel es cómodo, limpio y tiene un desayuno estupendo.

El precio, el valor da estadia es caro

Couldn't have been situated anywhere better. Close to everything. We were upgraded to a junior suit free of charge which was an added bonus.

Our room was excellent and very spacious. The Bar service and Tapas were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Although hot coffee does seem to be a bit of a challenge for the hotel !

The food for the conference meals was of very poor quality . One meal was almost inedible. They seem to have difficulties serving hot food. It was always cold when it got to the table? Coffee served for the conference was always cold !

Fabulous location; easy to get to Metro; old Madrid, etc.

Have really good and comfortable rooms and IT si near from downtown.

Location is great, close to Gran Via but in a quiet street. Staff members were really good and helpful. They even helped us to find tickets for the Spain Super Cup between Real Madrid and Barsa

AC is a little noisy

Staff were friendly and all spoke English which made it easy to find out things .
