The hotel staff were excellent very helpful and always had time to chat and answer any questions. They were redecorating the bar so if we wanted a drink they had to bring it out in reception |

When I checked in with my passport the girl realized it was my birthday and she congratulated me and also when I arrived to my room later I found chocolates in my door, and I thought it was a nice gesture. |

La atención y el plan de uso de internet tan funcional . Realmente no , solo encuentro que el desayuno es costoso dado el desayuno que suelo tomar. Pienso que deberian tener dos precios distintos dependiendo de que se coma uno. |

La ubicación del hotel, hasta el punto de que prácticamente se puede llegar andando a casi todos los puntos de interés. También me ha gustado el sistema de la habitación familiar, que permite que estemos todos juntos pero con espacio suficiente y sin estrecheces. El personal de recepción es agradable: dejaron bombones en la habitación y a los niños les dieron unos cuadernillos con pinturas. No hay servicio de maletero: la persona que está en la puerta, con uniforme del hotel, responde que él no es maletero y no proporciona ayuda ni información alguna, hasta el punto de que el equipaje tenemos que desplazarlo nosotros desde el coche hasta la habitación, haciendo varios viajes. Me sorprendió tal falta de corrección en un hotel de esta categoría. |
