The hotel is just next to the bus station and close to the train station making travels easier especially when you have big luggage. We asked for late check-out to 1pm and was not given.

La habitacion era bastante grande y confortable pero dejó mucho que desear la limpieza de la misma así como la del hotel en general. El primer día no limpiaron bien el cuarto de baño y la alfonbra de la habitación estaba sucísima. Deberían tener más cuidado con estos detalles ya que son muy importantes. Limpieza.

La habitación era enorme y bien mantenida, limpia y cuidada. Ideal para dos adultos y tres niños, con dos camas, dos literas y una supletoria, todas ellas amplias y cómodas. El personal amable y servicial. Cercano al centro. La conexión a internet es de pago y, además, cara. El desayuno no va incluido en el precio de la habitación, pero está situado cerca de cafeterías donde se puede desayunar por poco dinero. A pesar de todo, lo que no me ha gustado queda totalmente eclipsado con lo que sí, que ha sido prácticamente todo. Para encontrar lo que no me ha gustado he tenido que pensar un rato.

La ubicacion esta genial, muy cerca del centro. El buffet de desayuno se recomienda cogerlo Me he alojado durante 3 dias, y los detalles del baño no los han respuesto ni un dia, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas se deberia cuidar un poco estas pequeñas cosas

La amplitud de la habitación. Cogimos una familiar y estaba francamente bien. Buena actitud en todo momento del personal del hotel. Ubicación junto a estación de autobuses y cerca de la de trenes. Como es una ciudad no muy grande, llegar al centro no lleva más de 15 ó 20 minutos. En la ciudad es muy complicado aparcar en la calle. 1. La regulación del Aire Acondicionado, no se si por que no iba bien o porque el sistema no ofrece información clara de la temperatura real y la deseada. 2. El baño es demasiado pequeño para ser una habitación familiar. 3. El parking del hotel, siendo no muy caro creo que debería ser más barato dado los problemas de tráfico de la ciudad.

En general todo. Es un buen hotel, muy confortable y el trato del personal exquisito. Cometieron parcialmente un error en la reserva y lo compensaron dándonos habitaciones superiores por el mismo precio.

La ubicación es buena, al lado de la estación de tren y la de autobuses y relativamente céntrico. La limpieza era aceptable, pero no del todo correcta, el mobiliario de la habitación y la moqueta empiezan a estar un tanto ajadas y desfasadas. A pesar de tener cuatro estrellas, me parece que la relación calidad - precio está empezando a dejar de ser buena (para lo que es España, se entiende)
