Water pressure at the shower

Noise from the street at night - people partying till 6 am

Breakfast was good rooms were clean and comfortable the price was good

The price of weekend was high and not good for that hotel it has noisy night because of the bars and clubs near it

Location was the best...and price was second...

Only one thing but not really that Negative .. the bathroom is very nice in every way ..BUT...the only thing is that it has like a glass on the side but it is too short and a bit uncomfortable to shower...they should make it longer so the water does not wet the floor while you shower in it....you have to shower like in a little corner close to the front so the water don't wet the floor.....please make it longer towards the back and it would be better to stand and shower more comfortable...I Will recommend this hotel to any one and will stay here again when I visit Spain.....

It was a good value. Internet access great.

Room did smell of cigarette smoke upon entry

We didn't expected that the hotel will be rather good on that price. It was chosen only beacuse of it's position, but it was clean and comfortable with good brekfast. The only thing that could be irritaiting - noise from the street and sound proofing of the door

The rooms are quite spacious and well furnished. The hotel is very close to an underground station.

The breakfast buffet was not that good, the coffee was terrible and the room itself is very small. The hotel is located in a small street full of bars were people get drunk and make noise during the whole night. If you are a light sleeper, make sure to get a room in the back.

Location was excellent, rooms are very comfortable and friendly staff, close to shopping, metro, bars ,restaurants etc.

- Perfect location - a minute walk from Puerta del Sol / metro. - A lot of bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood - Friendly staff, helpful; booked some events for us

- A little bit noisy on the weekends, even on the 4th floor where we've stayed, but with windows closed that was barely noticable - My pregnant wifey says the beds were too soft ;)

The hotel is situated next to the metro station Sol and the Plaza del Sol, so you are directly in Madrid. That´s fantastic!

The breakfast was very dissappointing, because zhey only had some bread and some cornflakes. All in all there was not enough variety in the breakfast and I think that the prizes are too high, you only pay for the location/position of the hotel.

The staff were friendly and obliging and the location excellent for our first visit to Madrid to explore the city and visit the museums, galleries, parks and shops.

I would have liked an option when booking not to have breakfast in the hotel. There are many more interesting options for breakfast in the area.
