A very central hotel in the hart of Madrid, with all known places in just 5-10 min. walk. Friendly and smiling staff, clean, nice rooms, very good beds, not too big, good isolation from noises outside, space enough for even 4 people with luggage in a family-room.

The staff was very nice and helpful. hotel was very close to everything which was very handy if you are staying in Madrid just for couple of days. The room was very big and clean.

I liked the bed, the bathroom and the size of the bedroom. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was very nice.

When I booked, the website advised the rooms were soundproof and I specifically asked for a room that was situated so it was fairly quiet. We were placed in a room that seemed to be situated above the kitchen / cafe and subsequently was very loud from early morning. We also seemed to be beneath a boiler / water room as the sound of flushing / running water was very frequent. Furthermore, although the noise from the outside world was blocked, the room was not soundproof inside and the staff and other guests were very noisy and we were also disturbed by them early in the morning when they were talking loudly and moving about.

Staffs are so kind, efficient, helpfull and full of smiles. Our room was big enough for the four of us. Daily cleaning was done perfectly. Location are just a stone throw away from the city center, where you can walk to most of the interesting places. Metro station is just a walk away from the hotel. The price for the family room (4 persons) including breakfast, in the middle of the city? I would come again.

The area is a little bit busy/noisy at night but after walking all day, our sleep was not disturbed at all.

it was a good location near everything but right on a busy street near a late night club. Very noisy until 5-6 in am. If you are sound sleeper or stay out that late this is place for you.

Maybe too many customers for your reception's limited staff. Sometimes waiting can be too long.

No in-room tea making facilities. Very limited communal facilities in hotel. (bar etc). breakfast in adjoining cafeteria.

Excelent rooms, very confortable. Internet Wifi works perfectly.

I did'nt like much the breakfast area, very small with a difficult to acces. The breakfast could be better too.

The location is excellent, in the center of Madrid. Just a few steps away from Plaza del Sol. Staff is also very nice.

the staff is helpfull, breakfast is various, great location, tidy room and very clean.

Cannot fault the great reception service. The room is large and clean with a good size bathroom. It's close to the sol train station. Not too noisy considering it is at a very busy area.

Sometimes the area can get a bit rowdy on weekends but that's par for course around there.

Location was excellent and was nicely presented.

Checking fire plan on back of the door I had officially the smallest room EVER. Barely enough room to walk round the double bed. How two people would manage in there I don't know. As it opened onto an internal courtyard there was no street noise at all ! Breakfast is a bizarre arrangement as you walk through a side door into the bar next door and then through to a back room of the bar... breakfast was average.

Excellent staff!

No flexibility on check-out! We arrived at 22;30 and asked then to leave 1hour later the normal, but I end up paying an extra 10 euros for it!
