The atmosphere and very friendly staff. Lovely pool and clean everywhere.

To far to walk to restaurants. To far to walk to shops. Would have liked some entertainment in the evening a group or trio jazz or something.

Liked the decor, the solarium villa was amazing with Jacuzzi on balcony etc..., staff were excellent throughout our stay, Spa was good with friendly, helpful staff, Breakfast was good and the one meal we had in the al la carte was excellent.

Our villa was near a road which was a little noisy at times in the day but the trade off was that we had amazing views. We paid for the romance special which cost around 500 euros and included an number of things including Late checkout (subject to availability but unfortunately they had our room booked out) and a leaving gift neither of which we received. If we knew we wouldn't have got the late checkout before hand we wouldn't have paid for the romance special and would have made do with the courtesy room for 45 minutes which we were given when we asked for it. The other things that were included were reasonably priced and we could have paid for these separately if we had decided to use them eg. Gourmet Meal Set Menu (55 Euro pp), Thalasso Circuit (15 Euro pp), Jacuzzi with Oils and champagne/cava (50/60 Euros). So great honeymoon destination but don't bother with the romance package thing.

The hotel staff were excellent and were very helpful! Anything you needed they were there to help you out and assist you. The rooms were very nice and shower was awesome. The views that we had from our room were wonderful too. The beach was a 10 minute or so walk from the hotel. The hotel has 5 pools and we got a massage which was fantastic!

There wasn't really any restaurants close that we could find, which is odd since there are so many hotels in that location. The food was good but very pricey. We had the dinner buffet, which was ok, but we paid 81 euros for two people. There is not a shuttle or bus from the airport to the hotel. We had to take a taxi and that cost 25 euros one way and the drive was only about 15-20 minutes.

Service by the pool at lunch time, extremely slow...many waitress but only one who takes orders, ridicules.Far from the beach, I would not call it beach hotel (and that was the main reason I booked it!), there are no regular shuttles to the beach, 3 a day... What kind of 5 star hotel is it?! Noisy road next to the villas, were we stayed. Very expensive , compering to another hotels in Tenerife, but they do absolutely nothing extra for all this money (by that I mean some thing like a complimentary fruits in the room or drinking water for the night)...

keine it, drucker, wg Boarding ! immer das gleiche Essen wie bei Riu, und viel zu teuer , über 300 € f. 1 Zimmer, nach 4 N. gerne aufs Frühstueck verzichtet

Een stijlvol hotel waar rust en klasse heerst. Het personeel was vriendelijk en correct. Bijzonder proper hotel met zeer mooie en grote kamers. Het hotel wordt zeer goed gemanaged en dat voel je! Zwembaden en welness zijn top. De ruimtes zijn zo ingedeeld dat je steeds een persoonlijk rustgevoel hebt en niet dat je in de massa zit. Super uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet (pannekoekjes:-))

Het hotel ligt niet vlak aan een strand en heeft ook geen privéstrand wat verderop. Omdat het op een heuvel ligt zou een betere of rechtstreekse weg naar strand aan te raden zijn. Buffetten bij avondeten waren zeer gevarieerd, maar in sommige gerechten mocht iets meer smaak zitten. Echter wel uitstekende wijnkaart.

No, todo perfecto

ligging dicht bij een commercieel centrum en toch nog betrekkelijk rustig. Wandelafstand naar strand, horeca en shops.

Kamers op 2° verdiep aan linker vleugel hebben grote last van draaiende afzuiginstallatie keuken en verluchting van hotel. Maakt tussen 6.30 en 22.30 veel lawaai en trillingen.

Magnifique hôtel, magnifiques prestations.

Goede keuken en vooral zeer vriendelijk en gemotiveerd personeel,zowel aan de receptie als in het restaurant of de kamerservice. Bediening was top.

Llegada, acceso y recibimiento. La habitación fantástica, límpia y con una gran cultura del agua por todos los lados. El desayuno muy bueno y sin grandes aglomeraciones con un personal encantador (sobre todo la cocinera de tortilla y huevos con su bon apetit), el spa impresionante de instalaciones y amabilidad del personal (buen masaje y chorros) y el restaurante canario con una excelente comida y amabilidad y atención granadina. Todo mejor de lo esperado. Vamos, un sitio donde además de pagar, das las gracias.

Pues no doy con la crítica negativa.

Le personnel des restaurants sont désagréables Ils n'ont pas trop le sens du service client La suite junior n'a pas de séparation entre la partie enfants et la partie adultes, donc pas de privacité

En general todo fue perfecto,exelentes instalaciones,habitación muy amplia al igual que el baño. Muy bueno el buffet desayuno y cena.

úNicamente la situacion de nuestras habitaciones que estaban encima de comedor y cocina y había ruidos a partir de las 6,30 de la mañana.

Todo en general ha estado bastante bien, destacaría el servicio y el trato del staff y también la tranquilidad del hotel, tanto en las habitaciones como en la zona de piscinas, a pesar de la fecha en la que estuvimos que fue en Julio.

Igual no es un problema que el hotel pueda solucionar pero lo único negativo que me encontré fue una gran cantidad de moscas en las zonas como el buffet o el bar piscina, que hacían un poco molesto la estancia en esos lugares.

Прекрасный отдых в расслабляющей атмосфере роскоши и доброжелательности. Ничто не напрягает, все продумано до мелочей. Компактная очень зеленая территория с несколькими бассейнами, 5-7 мин пешком до лучшего пляжа южного побережья. Очень красивый панорамный вид на океан и ночные огни острова с балкона, номер и ванная комната очень просторные и прохладные. Завтрак соответствует 5* отелю, особенно понравились фруктовые смузи. На СПА рекомендаю процедуру антистресс. Отдельное спасибо Маше из салона красоты, она любит свою работу и подчеркнет Вашу индивидуальность и красоту. Обязательно вернусь снова!

Hôtel très calme avec une excellente clientèle, idéal pour le repos Excellente cuisine et le personnel est très intentionné, charmant et a toujours un mot gentil Cet hôtel est également très très propre, c'est vraiment un très bel endroit pour passer une semaine de repos au soleil

Il devrait y avoir une sortie au dos de l'hôtel pour avoir un accès plus direct à la mer mais ce n'est qu'un détail.
