Service by the pool at lunch time, extremely slow...many waitress but only one who takes orders, ridicules.Far from the beach, I would not call it beach hotel (and that was the main reason I booked it!), there are no regular shuttles to the beach, 3 a day... What kind of 5 star hotel is it?! Noisy road next to the villas, were we stayed. Very expensive , compering to another hotels in Tenerife, but they do absolutely nothing extra for all this money (by that I mean some thing like a complimentary fruits in the room or drinking water for the night)...

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent sea views. Junior suite was very good size. Pool areas are well broken up by trees and plants so never feels too busy.

Only one computer for customer use and most dissapointing was that they had no printer available so no good if you want to check in for your return flight. When I asked reception they give you a card with their email so you can email what you want to print to them and then go and collect it. Not five star in this regard. Staff in gourmet restaurant and reception were very good and he rest were good but perhaps lack some characters as dept managers. Overall. It was good.

We had a 3 day stay here as a treat after a 7 day walking holiday and it was very relaxing. Excellent views from the balcony, lovely room with a super bathroom, attentive staff and excellent buffet breakfast.

The quiet and calmness, it was very nice in the evening you heard nothing but the crickets and you could totally relax.

If I should find something I didn´t like is maybe that the hotel is up on a hill and it was very difficult to walk to and from the beach eventhough it wasn´t faraway.

The hotel pool area was lovely; very well kept and peaceful. We particularly liked the large day beds, although you had to get to them early. Some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The standard room was spacious and we were given one with a nice balcony / sea view. The pool bar food was very good and breakfast was generally acceptable (although the fruit selection / presentation could be improved). We were away on my birthday and a cake was delivered courtesy of the hotel management, which was a nice touch.

The outdoor pools were too cold. Inside the hotel lobby / common areas are very dark and unwelcoming, which is a shame as they look well furnished. The hotel's location is not great; up on a hill and about a 10 minute walk from the sea front. Some of the staff were surly. The food and beverages at the hotel were too expensive. Generally, I consider this to be a nice 4* property, but lacked 5* service and qualities.

The Hotel was quiet and very relaxing although there was on an occasion noisy quests next door and banging doors late night and early morning. I am quite sure that this was inconsiderate quests and not Hotel Staff. The food was varied every night and well presnted, no complaints in this respect. The garden and pool area was very nice but I did not like the large beds, somehow they looked out of place and unnecessary but this could be me getting old.

странно, что такой роскошный отель не поздравил меня с днем рождения. ведь я приехала всего на 2 дня именно в свой день рождения. в другом 5звездном отеле на канарах моему другу оставили открытку и шампанское в качестве поздравления.

Quality for money Personel

В отеле не очень хороший СПА центр и необходимо сделать более короткий путь к пляжу на океане.

La amabilidad del personal del Hotel, así como el cuidado de importantes detalles. (Bufet etc.)

Teniendo en cuenta la ubicación del Hotel, seria conveniente la negociación con el Ayuntamiento, o la compañía de Guaguas Titsa, para aumentar la frecuencia horaria, y hacer nueva parada mas cerca del Hotel.

Trato del personal muy amable. El desayuno es bueno. Es un hotel no excesivamente grande que te permite descansar y disfrutar de la estancia.El baño de la villa es estupendo.

Al ser un hotel 5* gl, deberian de estar las habitaciones impolutas. La villa en la que me aloje tenia una tv pequeña para mi gusto y no habia copas de Cava. El Jaccuzi deberia estar mas limpio y las villas mas protegidas de la vista de los demás residentes. Los platos del restaurante de la piscina deberian ser mas elaborados y el restaurante Canario deberia poder dar de cenar a mas gente. No puede ser que si llegas por la tarde y no has reservado no te den de cenar es ese restaurante. Si es un 5* gl yo eliminaria la comida buffet. Uno no va a hacer colas a un 5* gl. Deberian tener piscina climatizada exterior para el invierno.

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage, mit schöner Sicht auf die Umgebung. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuss am Strand Playa del Duque wo es auch sehr gute Restaurants hat! Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine Villa mit eigenem Whirlpool im Garten bekommen. Das war traumhaft und erstaunlich dass wir das einfach so bekommen haben.

Leider gab es immer wieder Probleme mit dem WLAN im Hotel und auf dem Zimmer (Villa) gab es weder WLAN noch LAN. Aber in den Ferien sollte man ja eh abschalten!

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het buffet was grandioos en het restaurant was top !! voor herhaling vatbaar !

Deur van onze suite en houten trapje van onze jacuzi kon een laagje verf gebruiken, en op de vloer waren plekken en stukjes uit dus aan renovatie toe. De trappen zijn iets moeilijker voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn, of ouders met kinderwagens
