Situated across from Mojácar’s Cantal Beach, this family-run hotel offers air conditioned rooms and a free Wi-Fi zone. The rooms have satellite TV and many have a terrace with sea views. This was a good value for money hotel, good size and clean room, breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection and also you didn't have to vacate the room until 12.00 so you didn't have to rush around.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Vergin Del Mar. The rooms were basic but very clean , the hotel was central and the staff were all very courtious and very helpful.

Really good hotel for position. Right opposite the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants. Even though it was spring break and lots of young people the hotel remained quiet. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly and spoke excellent English. Balcony overlooking the sea too. Bed comfy and pillows! Recommended

The location was excellent, literally a minute from the beach. It had underground secure parking and the staff were extremely helpful. It was very noisy during the night, not the hotels fault.

Food in restaurant very good. Good access to village by bus, not worth driving as only costs €1 Having to walk 100metres to neighboring hotel for breakfast and evening meals even though food was good. It was raining most days so a walk in the wet to wake us up everyday

The view from the balcony was fantastic. Really enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the balcony after getting back from the beach. The room was lovely and clean and in a very good location; very close to the beach and bus station. I think the value for money was pretty good. If I went back to Mocajar I would definately stay in the same hotel.

Good location with balcony overlooking the sea. There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which improved when we covered the drains. Staff tried to be helpful but could not speak English.

Nice small and friendly hotel, and the meals at the nearby sister hotels were excellent. Only problem were the stairs to the reception area,however acess through the garage via the lift was available for anyone with a disability.Overall a nice short break.

It was ideally situated for the beach and restaurants . the car park was large and very secure. Breakfast first rate. Wouls certainly book this hotel again if going to Mojacar. The only complaint we would have is that the hotel is hard to locate due to the fact that it doesn't have a large sign on the front. We drove past it a number of times before locating it on foot having asked in a nearby restaurant . We would recommend a large sign emphasising 'Virgen del Mar' rather than tiny words in script under other wording.

The location was good. The hotel and room was very clean. Food for dinner taken in sister hotel was good. The room although clean and comfortable was on the small side and the walls were thin, noise from the rooms on either side could be heard.

We had breakfast in the sister hotel and this was superb. The lighting in the room was very dim so much that I could not read when it was dark. Also the shower head was positioned high and the water went over my head so had to hold in hand which was awkward when washing hair.
