This is a perfect place for a stop-over. Our room was certainly not modern or fancy but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.Very easy to reach from the motorway. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money.

Genuine old fashioned 4 star hotel with free Wifi in the room, easy reach and visible from E80/A62, ideal for stopping off coming from Santander or Bilbao on route to Portugal. Excellent food, breakfast and dinner. Being picky as the hotel was excellent. Wifi is not secure. Bacon and Eggs were a bit on the cold side at breakfast. Air conditioning not great.

Very clean, well run and busy hotel. Genuine 4 star. It was easy to find which was a relief and could be seen from the motorway. The restaurant and food were very good, Will definitely stay there again. The only one slight blemish is that there appeared to be a glitch with the air-con and the room was very hot. This was easily remedied by opening the window. I think it's a shame that they need to levy a charge to have a dog in the room.

I found the hotel spacious, clean, user friendly, well laid out. The staff very helpful, polite and well groomed. The rooms aren't too well soundproofed, I.E. you could hear noise from the corridor.

Perfect, quiet location and convenient for travelling from Santander south, or north! Good restaurant and bar food with plenty of choice, otherwise you will need to drive elsewhere. Will stay again. Unable to alter room temperature, too warm.

Its location: we were traveling from South of France to Portugal. It is a clean, comfortable hotel right by the e80 motorway and so perfect for a transit stop over It is a little soul-less. Very little information about facilities available. This is not a complaint. As a transit hotel, it is a place to break the tedium of motorway travel before moving on to genuine holiday destinations. With this expectation, and no other, one cannot really fault it.

We use this hotel when driving between the Algarve and France. It is only a couple of minutes from the motorway, but there is no traffic noise. We usually request a room at the back. The main problem for us is that the restaurant does not open until 8.30pm and even light meals in the bar are not available until this time. There are no other restaurants close by.

we used it as a stay over for our trip from Santander down to Malaga first class room and restaurant also excellent as we had a small dog plenty of room for his exercise.we also used it on a return journey. room was a little warm

Good hotel and well positioned for travelling to Santander Ferry..excellant bar meal The hotel room was very warm and to alter the thermostat you had to contact reception...gave up eventually and slept with the window open.....and why is there no coffee and tea making facilities in your room?????
