Easy access to Burgos, modern hotel with good facilities

Very nice hotel and spacious, it was good to have the cafe attached as we arrived at 8pm & stayed open until late. Breakfast was good too as it had a hot choice as well as cereal and continental.

We didn't think the reception staff were very friendly, the young lady in the morning had a job to speak to us even when we asked a question, Reception staff could do with some training on how to be more friendly Not sure we would go there again..

We were dissapointed that the hotel was so far from Burgos,on an Industrial Estate.Also we did not realize that the hotel Restaurant was closed on a Sunday evening which made it difficult as we had a 2 year old child with us.We had excpected that a 4 star hotel would have had a restaurant open every night.We had the impression that the hotel was more of a stopover for business people.In fairness I cannot fault the standard of the room,very clean ,But we would not be using it again as we would have preferred a closer proximity to Burgos,it was more than just a few kilometres away,which was a rather misleading description.

Distance from centre of Burgos and lack of transport at weekend

Very good hotel. The only bad thing was the receptionist. She was unfrendly....I wrote to the manager.

Very good restaurant at a reasonable price.

I liked the interior design of hotel, breakfast good, large room size, friendly staff.

We stayed here on our way to North of Spain. It was easy to find, well kept, clean, nice staff. Overall good price performance.

The prices at there restaurant was very high and as you are quit far away from the city you do not have any good options. Staff in the restaurant did not speak anything but Spanish.

On the evening of Saturday 13th August. The young lady serving in the Tappas Bar was really lovely and hard working we would recommend this bar to anybody.

Convenient for Santander Ferry

Good standard of rooms - spacious and clean, good buffet breakfast, reasonably priced onsite 'cafe', free onsite parking

Location - on edge of business park, quite noisy first thing in morning.

The hotel is situated quite far away from the city center but in the calm place. it´s a perfect for people with the car.

The breakfest wasn´t included in the price.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial estate so is ideal for travellers passing through.. It is not actually in Burgos but at Quintanadueñas hence HQ in the name.There is a large area for free parking at the front of the hotel. We stayed on our way to and from the ferry at Santander. I had been unhappy about one aspect of our stay the first time and had complained by email. On our second visit there was a bottle of wine in our room for us and the manager came to us and apologised. 'The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have an intolerance to dairy products and soya milk was provided. The choice of food in the restaurant was extensive. It was very good but a little expensive..All in all, the only complaint I have was that the lid on the bathroom bin was broken! I did recommend it to other travellers on the ferrry.

I didn't like the soap in the dispensers, it was very harsh and made my hands feel dry

Friendly, helpful English speaking staff.

Location would be difficult to find without Sat Nav.
