Dining room,food,foyer,proximity to the beach. Clean bed linen & towels.

Poor quality of rooms- needs upgrading - completely out of date,tired looking. Bath was chipped & then painted white...with 'runs' in the paint! €20 deposit for remote control for tv!! Definitely not 4 star...2 star..yes!

Very good location on the beach, exellent food/cuisine in restaurant.

It was right on the beach

Food was not very good. The hotel has not been cared for and has become drab. You could die of thirst waiting to be served.

The location of the hotel is quite good, you cross the inter road and you are on the beach. However all umbrellas and sun deckers are payable. 15 euros per an umbrella and 2 sun-decker.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, only 2 or 1 max! We didn't like almost everything!!! Beginning from the damp smell in the lobby and old smell everywhere else in the hotel, unfriendly and unprofessional staff on the reception who used to have bulk of tourists from TezTour, 90% of food is sour. Very small old rooms, fungus in the bathroom, not very clean, expensive wifi (5eur per day, usually it is free in 4 star hotels). Another issue is noise! The hotel is situated in the hotel area very close to each other and to all discos around, moreover there is a big youth camp area nearby, with a lot of teenagers and music during the day and until 12am. You can go sleep without earplugs only after 12 am, when the music stops. One more thing we didn't like, that they take your passport for a few days!!! To collect data, as receptionists can't use the computer. And this is obligatory!!!, What is quite dodgy, to stay in another country without document. The hotel itself is very customer- unfriendly, and they hardly will help you with any problem.

We visited the hotel from 5.08 to 12.08 and we are extremely pleased with our stay. All of the staff of H Top Royal Sun are very nice, smiling and polite. Great atmosphere, excellent food, excellent organization, excellent service and an unforgettable vacation. We stay here the 1st week of june as a family of 4 with a 13 year old and 14 year old staff were the only think good about h top royal sun .food poor to bad no entertainment for adults and older kids ,security not good , all inclusive was a joke ,pools were for people that were 6 ft or kids in the little pool if u were between 4 to 5ft u could not stand in the big pool, will never go back here again .so think twist before u book here ....................................................- ............................................

Great location,. It was early in the season (late April) so not all of the resort was open but the hotel had plenty of entertainment to keep the full family entertained. The weather was a bit of a mixed bag but during the week we were able to do all we had planned - day around the pool, Barcelona, Beach and shopping. The hotel food was ok - plenty of choice. Really enjoyed the holiday. Booked as a last minute and planning to return in September.

Choice of 3 pools, it would have been nice if one had been heated.

het hotel en de kamer maakt een smoezelige indruk, de kamer was erg goedkoop, dus wellicht hadden we dit kunnen verwachten, maar een smerige kamer is gewoon niet zo leuk. Tevens erg krakkemikkig sanitair

Rechtstreeks toegang tot het strand.

Verouderde kamers, we hadden enkel ontbijt maar ondermaats: croissants die uit plastiek kwamen, boter niet goed, 's morgens platte frieten, geen apart verpakte youhurt, ... Ook heel veel lawaai, meestal van buiten want er is nog enkel glas in de kamers die steeds condenseert. Je moet ook constant wachten op de liften.

lo encuentro un poco antiguo habria que hacer algunos arreglos la griferia es antigua y las tv tambien.

L'hotel est bien situé au bord de la mer, il est rélativement propre, le personnel est sympa.

Les chambres familiales sont trop petites. Dès que vous installez les lits d'appoint pour les enfants, il est impossible de se déplacer dans la chambre. Le mobilier est très vieux. La cuisine est moyenne, les tables sont si très rapprochées entre elles qu'il est difficile de passer sans géner personne. En tout cas, l'hotel ne correspond pas du tout aux 4 étoiles.

Pour une chaîne d'hôtels de 4 étoiles faire payer accès WIFI me parait intolérable et de plus le personnel a interdiction de vendre cette "prestation" le soir Seul hôtel de Santa Susana ou vous devez payer l'accès à WIFI un peu fort !!!!!!!!

Beliggenheden både hvad angår den lækre strand og byen Santa Susanna samt muligheden for nemt med tog at komme til Barcelona på 1 time og 10 min. En god mulighed for en kombinationsferie strand/storbyferie.

Kun at der altid var en lang kø ved udskænkning af drikkevarer både I baren og I restauranten.
