Huerta de las Palomas  

I booked the romantic evening deal for my wife's birthday. Everything was perfect from the champagne chilling in our room when we arrived to the flower petals on our reserved dining table for the evening meal. Will certainly go again.

A well designed hotel with a bright and airy interior, cozy bar. The rooms are sizeable if you can get a double aspect one overlooking the pool. The BBQ restaurant is excellent - take a plastic container with you or ask for a doggy bag, the portions are massive and well cooked (if you like it rare!). The breakfasts are basic but good value as an inclusive package. The local town of San Priego de Cordoba is more than a walk away so check public transport or shuttles. Wonderful town to visit.

The friendliness of the staff and the proximity to the town. The facilities are excellent and the location is close enough to the town but far enough away to be secluded. This is our second stay here and it was as enjoyable as the first, 2 years ago. I would recommend this to either couples or families.

We stayed at Herta de las Palomas because we wanted to have a couple of nights in the country. We found it difficult to find the hotel as we do not speak Spanish but once there realised it was not so difficult! We particularly enjoyed the space. The hotel facilities were great including a large pool and spa. The scenery was very relaxing. We also chose this hotel for it's proximity to Priego de Cordoba

A lovely hotel with well-kept grounds and pool, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

There are ethernet connections for getting on the internet, but these tie you down to one place. Wireless would be an improvement.

Nos han gustado las instalaciones, la decoración del hotel y servicios. La comida excelente. El personal de recepción muy servicial y amable. El desayuno estaba bien pero sin excesos.

A pesar de que anuncian wifi en todo el hotel, la verdad es que solo se podía utilizar al lado del mostrador de recepción y después de avisarles para que lo activaran.

Très bel hotel. Très bon accueil très bon rapport Qualité Prix bon restaurant.

L 'emplacement n'est pas idéal un peu coincé entre la route et la colline. Le petit déjeuner mérite d'être améliorer

Een erg mooi hotel dat conform de viersterren status helemaal af is. Zwembad is lekker (was nu nog overdekt) met ligstoelen. Veel kennis van de omgeving en een zeer gastvrij onthaal. Lekker ontbijt met goede koffie.

Je moet een auto hebben om hier te komen, en ook nog leuke dingen te doen. Verwacht geen persoonlijk boutique hotel. Het heeft 34 kamers en is als het vol is gewoon net zo onpersoonlijk en massaal als elke andere keten.

Todo bien. El secador de pelo estaba roto y nos procuraron uno de mano que pasaba de habitación en habitación. Hay que meditar si hacer ruta gastronómica en Priego porque de vuelta al hotel hay un control de alcoholemia que es inevitable para regresar, así que es aconsejable el uso del taxi, que es complicado de encontrar tras la cena. Aparte de eso hotel esta muy bien situado en el entorno natural, muy tranquilo y en perfectas condiciones para hospedarse en pareja o con niños.

Die Hotelanlage ist schön, sie hat einen schönen überdachten Innenraum mitten im Hotel, offen bis unters Dach, ähnlich einem Patio, Zimmer und Badezimmer sind groß und schön, das Bad ist funktionell eingerichtet, es wirkt rustikal, das Früstück war für Spanien üppig, insgesamt sehr sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Die Heizung war kalt, wir haben trotz einer zweiten Decke nachts gefroren bis wir dahinterkamen, dass man die Klimaanlage auf 30 °C stellen muss, um annehmliche Temperaturen im Zimmer zu erreichen. Das Gebläse ließ einen dann aber nicht schlafen, außerdem wurde das Bad dabei nicht beheizt.
