The Jardín Milenio has a swimming pool and sauna within Elche’s amazing Palmeral. This tropical garden is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The most central hotel in the city, this modern property sits on the main north-south avenue which runs right across Elche and leads into the region's highway network.

We had been long awaiting our stay here and were not disappointed. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively spacious and as they are all set into small groups of bungalows in the grounds it felt quite private and tranquil. Very good fine dining, expensive by Spanish standards but affordable and definitely cheaper than an equivalent meal back in the UK. Well presented and interesting menu. My husband has recently become wheelchair bound and we have struggled in other hotels with the disabled facilities offered. This hotel tops the bill so far by a long way! Wheelchair access to all areas, good disabled toilet facilities and a proper wheel in wet room with plenty of turning access etc. Only down part one of the ramps was quite steep - ok for him as I could push the manual wheelchair but if you were managing a manual on your own or had a small power chair the ramp to the outside breakfast terrace could be a bit too steep. (In fact the whole of Elche works well for wheelchair users - flat well paved with plenty of ramps at curb edges etc). All the hotel staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The Hotel is situated directly opposite the Palmeral Gardens - well worth a visit! Close to town centre. I don't usually go back to locations as there is too much world out there, but could make an exception for this hotel and Elche - very pleasant stay.

Pool, bungalow setting
Expensive to add breakfast
The furniture in the room was a little bit old
good location beautiful swimming pool and environment good restaurant
bad room : it is not a triple room but just a double room with an extra bed the room is too old fashion and very small for three people the air conditioning is too old and noisy the breakfast is not at the level of a four star the staff is quite absent
Beautiful setting, excellent position with regards access to the old town, lovely pool .Well kept gardens
The ambiance of the outside breakfast area was spoilt by unlaid tables and lack of attention when clearing and laying up (we had a dirty tablecloth)
The ambience of pool and gardens
Food good but a bit hit and miss
we loved the (deep) pool, nice surroundings, location in the city and the decor of the room and reception areas
the AC worked not properly, we did barely sleep! Reception proposed us to switch rooms, but that one smelled of cigarettes...
Location, seclusion and excellent food.
Given the excellent facilities for disabled visitors to both the city Elche and the Hotel it would be good if this extended to the access too and from the swimming pool. Some shallow steps would make a big difference.
Glorious palm tree setting in the middle of town. Unusual arrangement of 'room bungalows' set in the extensive gardens. Very relaxing.
Lovely location in palm forest within easy walking distance to charming historic town. All staff highly professional and helpful. Lovely breakfast , good pool, comfortable chalet rooms. Family friendly.
Chalet rooms basic but well maintained and comfortable.
wonderfull garden with large swimming pool. Efficient reception. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Rigorous parking policy for drop off of luggage.
Lovely setting, charming cabins, simple yet luxurious.
Very quiet and comfortable atmosphere, with small bungalows integrated in a beautiful palm garden. Big swimmingpool under the palm trees.
The fridge did not work.
Wonderful location amongst the palms
We like the grounds the chalets are set in . Very lush and green!
I very much didn't like having been out all day, returning exhausted, and couldn't get into our room! As it was being cleaned at 5.20m! I didn't like that the mini bar was warm and didn't work on our arrival! And went to call reception! Guess what tha phone didn't work! Went for a sauna! The smell of drains/ sewage in the sauna enclosure was offensive! No welcome drink as experienced on previous visits! I feel standards are slipping at Huerta del cura! Not value for money! The room was at the entrance to the cleaners station big trolleys disturbed our sleep earl in the morning and late at night!! We left shattered due to disturbed sleep ! Wouldn't go back!
My husband and I loved everything about this little paradise in the heart of Elche. We can't wait to go back!
Relaxing situation in a palm tree garden, only 5 minutes from city centre. Good restaurant. Drinks in the garden by the pool.
Could do with hooks in bathroom for towels etc.
comfort and design
STAFF in restaurant don't speak english
The staff were amazingly friendly and the piña coladas by the pool were not bad either. The local area is very pretty and full of history. Be prepared to at least try some Spanish as there are not many English speakers. Our phrase book got some heavy useage.
The location in the city and the Palms. The pool area is beautiful, and the hotel layout is extremely attractive. The Junior Suite offered was vary romantic.
The rooms albeit top quality are quite tired. We took hot breakfast, and the whole breakfast was cold. On complaint to the restaurant manager, he offered a hot replacement. in a little while a hot fried egg was served, no bacon or sausage was produced, which was on the original breakfast plate. On request, bacon was produced after some time, the egg was now eaten, the toast was cold, and the manager who had spent most of his time talking to two women at a table, taking breakfast had now disappeared, and was not seen again during breakfast. The cold food was left out and other guests were taking it. The cook from the kitchen then tried to re light the heating equipment under the cold food. My wife then requested the hot breakfast, it came in two lots again and the toast was cold again cold. When the cook served my wife, he was unable to respond to questions, as he was holding a conversation with someone else on his mobile phone, and just pointed to his phone. An altogether bad customer service experience, and the leaving out cold food followed by trying to re heat it was unhygienic, which caused us to cancel breakfast the following day. The Hotel staff were very apologetic and removed the cost from the bill and agreed to investigate the problem.
Setting of the hotel in the botanical garden Restaurant chairs were very comfortable. Dining room was nicely arranged and the service was excellent.
Unfortunately we had a cockroach in the bedroom but the hotel changed our room with no problem.
Beautiful garden, very relaxing place, nice rooms. Even though it's close to the city center...when you're in the garden, it's so quiet an peaceful. The hotel is more like lodges...between all the trees, there are rooms on mainly the ground floor. We enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly stay here again in the future.
The staff in the restaurant/ lunchroom was not really commercial. The service took very long and they don't speak english very well.
Beautiful gardens and pool area
Nothing to mention.
Location, bungalows in a nice garden walking distance to the old city of Elche. Nice breakfast
Limited Wi-Fi access (only) around the pool; only staff at reception speaks english. Most of the waiters and also the restaurant manger do only speak Spanish
