Seemed a little noisy at night, could hear other rooms and water; some difficulty with the evening meal as the menu as published was different to what was on offer for at least two main dishes; pasta dish was served cold and even when returned was only luke warm; no wine list which really surprised me and the only option was red or white from the same label. The dinner service seemed a little amateurish.

Room seemed very lived in. They need to update the decor and quality of their furniture.

It is not a 'tourist type@ destination and attracts a different type of guest. It is relatively quiet and you can ejoy a peaceful stay. The staff speak a little english but are very friendly. The surroundings and wildlife are spectacular. It is clean and of a good standard. It was our second holiday there and we would return again.

Space and comfort and relaxed atmosphere

Rooms, air conditioning, location next to golf course and near beach, and breakfast. Cleaning is first class. Bar staff and cleaners were excellent and very helpful when clumsy son spilled drinks. Have stayed here before and would do so again.

Indoor pool, steam room and sauna are in need of renovation and repair. Some of the wooden boards around indoor pool are loose and could be dangerous to small children or the unwary. Also, I booked two superior doubles and was only allocated one on arrival, and put in standard for one night. I had to remind reception staff the following day of this and was offered no help in lugging baggage from one room to another, nor a price reduction. Also, digital TVs did not have English language channels -minor detail but teenage boys moaned about it. Paddle tennis bats were in poor condition - can't cost much to buy a few new ones.

I feel that the price is not accorded to the service and the infrastructure. It Is an old Hotel. They are not investing in maintenance e. g. Sauna and Gym really disgusting (machines did not work properly and they were rusty, the sauna couldn’t even close the door and lot of dirt and leaks. Not even a towel in all the gym or sauna.) They are using the high season to charge you high rates. I booked with the highest rate and the did not even include a breakfast and they did not informed about this! .

The lush green palm trees and colourful exotic flowers, surrounding the pool area. The rooms were of an excellent standard and the facilities were of a high standard.

Large clean rooms, good beds, excellent airco! Fantastic breakfast. Whole place is very pleasant and relaxing - to go with or wothout children.

It was situated next to a golf course.

We would have eaten in the restaurant, but we couldnt read spanish...and there was no translation.

Hotel is old and it needs renovation . Cleaning sevice is not good enough. Dinner is not expensive ,but not very taste and serve too cold.

Todas las hbitaciones tienen una terraza que da al campo de golf, y la terraza del bar restaurante. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable. Te puedes duchar en la zona del spa el ultimo dia cuando ya has dejado tu habitación.

La ubicación (Tienen cerca el campo de golf) Esta es una gran ventaja que ustedes tienen y deberían aprovechar y explotarla mas.

Variar mas el desayuno, todos los días es lo mismo, llevo años llendo al hotel y no cambian el desayuno les recomiendo ser mas originales y variar porque la rutina aburre... Cambien todas las tazas, vasos y platos que está rotos, rayados o quemados por el lavaplatos... La imagen del hotel es afectada!!! Un detalle en la entrada sería tener agua de sabor, limonada, etc.. y hasta unas galletas gratis tanto para los niños como las familias que están llegando. Invertir en las habitaciones, tienen muchos detalles que dañan la imagen del hotel algunos ejemplos (Alfombras manchadas, paredes sucias, muebles de madera rayados, toallas de mala calidad) en general las habitaciones están "outdated". Les recomendaría ofrecer mas servicios a los golfistas (atenciones personalisada como por ejm, reservas de green fee, guías, limpieza de palos, eventos, etc) ya que el jugador está dispuesto a gastar dinero.... En general tienen un diamante en bruto que deberían explotar, solo con detalles tan sencillos, empiecen por quitar las alfombras de todas las habitaciones y utilicen suelos de madera, la habitación se ve mas limpia y habrá gente que no se hospeda en su hotel por ser alérgicos a las alfombras. un saludo!

Kaikkein parasta oli aamiainen, sen lukuisat ihanat tuoreet hedelmät, jopa 10 erilaista. Lisäksi riittävästi proteiinivaihtoehtoja ja hyvät leipävaihtoehdot. Kahvikin oli luksushyvää! Hotellin rauhasta, ei minkäänlaista häiriötä koko lomamme aikana. Hyvät sängyt, siisti ja toimiva kylppäri. Tilava parveke golfkenttänäkymineen, kuten olimme halunneetkin!

Spa-osastoa todella riisuttu versio. Samoin pukuhuoneet. Hotellin ruokavaihtoehdot hyvin suppeat, mutta salaatit söimme illalla usein, koska olivat oikein maittavat.

A este hotel ni se puede ir en primavera ya que el aire condicionado no funciona. Pasamos calor espantoso. En la hab. Hacían 24.5 grados y el de mantenimiento nos trató muy bien y dijo que vería lista de aire. Conectó el aparato y error a las 4 am habían 28.4. muy mal. A nadie le importó que estuviera con un bebe de 1 año. Me dijeron al otro día que durmieta con lado ventanas abiertas...pues que hemos salido de ahí con picadas de mosquitos. Horrible. No volveremos nunca.

No se podía desayunar en la cafetería del lobby un café y un bollo solamente, porque no la abrían hasta que cerraban el bufet, casi a las 11 de la mañana.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell som ligger precis vid golfbanan. Med tåget tog det endast 15minuter in till city. Mycket trevlig personal. Vi fick rum på våning 4 och hade balkong med utsikt över hål 10 och 18.

Frukosten kostade 14 euro per person och var inte värd sitt pris. Sänk priset till halva då kommer ni få fler gäster. Ölen i hotellbaren tog slut hela tiden, varför inte ta hem fler öltunnor på en gång.
