The location of the hotel is great. It is located in the mid of the town with a nice view.
They were willing easily to change us from a smoker room to a non smoker room. The room was clean and confortable.
There was no baby chair for the baby in the breakfast room. There was no lift from the second floor of the garage to the reception. We had to carry the luggage and the baby car in our arms through the stairs.
WiFi is really poor. How anyone call it WiFi?
Not having tea/coffee making facilities in the room
internet was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo- ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow
Postion, postion and position. Very good temperature control making sleeping quality good.
Difficult parking, but available if your car is not to big
Close to the train station and the room is big enough to stay 1 night.
Little bit far to the sight seeing places, also to the main street.
Had booked a double bed 5 months previously but on arrival was told that there were none available, only twin beds left. 5 months is quite far in advance...
Location is great as well as the cleanliness and comfort in the room.
Car parking was not available as it was promised to be. There's an elevator in which a Fiat500 can only fit. Otherwise you've to find your way for a parking slot and unfortunately staff was not helpful except mentioning a nearby public park.
Biiiiiig bed Price Cleaniness Distantie to old town Window that can actually open, room 505
Construction works in THE dry river bed was noisy from 9 amonwards, but this is over in a month?
Large well appointed bedroom and bathroom with pleasant reception staff. Tip: if travelling from airport by train exit at Malaga Central Underground station (terminus) using Calle Cuarteles exit. Hotel less than 50 metres around corner.
The small breakfast room doubles as a street side cafe. On every day of our stay staff had to be asked to replenish food , plates , cutlery -this became irritating especially as tables were not cleared expeditiously.
Polite staff at reception. Spacious and clean room. Good location (near the commuter train to the airport,10 min to historical centre on foot). Own underground parking.
Awful WiFi connection (permanent disconnections and re-authorisations). Staff in the restaurant doesn't speak english. Poor soundproofing (we heard every use of sewage and plumbing. However, never the other sounds). Difficult entrance to the garage (you should use the elevator).
Very clean ,welcoming hotel ,good value for money. Lovely big rooms and adequate breakfast.
good location - literally outside malaga centro station (last stop on the line) (n.b. there are two exits to station and one is further away from hotel). 5 min walk to old town. cheaper than the other hotels i looked at. rooms clean and modern, shower powerful and aircon worked well.
We came from Malaga airport by train and leaving in the morning by train for Ronda. The reception suggested dinner down by the Harbour. Brilliant dinner on warm summer evening.
I prefer hotels that are quiet when you open the window.
Excellent Reception staff. A young lady named Esther was especially wonderful and her assistance as well as knowledge about Andalusia very good. Kudos on a well trained and dedicated staff.
Good position, short walk to city centre. Close to train station and buses.
Location (commercial streets and bus/train station can be easily reached on foot) Cleaness Modern space Very kind and proficient staff
Poor soundproof. Shower from the other room could be heard.
Shower pressure good
Wi-Fi very slow Room extremely nosy even i had booked quite room, and even receptionist told me this was supposed to be quiet room.Room 208, opposite of bus stop+ all drunken tourist and Spanish under the window. This hotel is not four star. Noise was so bad so we were not able to sleep This is not four star hotel, it is basic 3 star hotel, breakfast is so bad and unhealthy, avoid a big way. TV so small you need magnifying glass to view it from bed. This hotel is a classic example when management is trainee/No idea about modern hotel running.ibis round the corner 3 times cheaper and better. Avoid/really hurt to say this, as I am a big supporter of Private hotels. There was only one person on duty in this hotel. If there was a fire, just wonder what would have happened. As said: avoid if you can with this management!!!
All in all I am happy with my stay. Location was very good - half way between the railway/bus station and the old part and port. Both ways walkable in 10-15 minutes. For a solo girl traveler, the area seemes rather safe at night - I was comfortable coming back to the hotel on my own. However, despite the bus station is quite close when you walk without a luggage, with a heavy suitcase it was a bit too much for me. But there is also a bus stop literally around the corner from the hotel. The bed was HUGE. And I mean huge, one of the largest I've ever slept in. It was very comfy too. pillows were great. The room was modern. The hotel is some 15 minutes' drive from the airport (taxi cost me 20 euro). 5 minutes drive from the railway station (taxi cost me 5 Euro).
It's a central area with some bars and coffee places very near, so expect that it gets noisy in the evening and night, especially on the weekends. With a closed window it's not a problem. WiFi was not great. Signal was not strong enough. Also the log in system meant that all devices were disconnected automatically after some time - which meant tablet and phone would not get synchronized during the night until manually connected to WiFi again. I found this annoying and the WiFi service should be definitely upgraded to meet modern use needs. No coffee/tea facilities in the room, no kettle. The TV was rather small for the size of room and the standard of the hotel. It was rather noisy in the morning - neighbours slamming doors, opening the wardrobe, etc would wake me up each morning. If you want to sleep in in the mornings, better bring ear plugs or you may be annoyed. Minibar almost empty - only coke, beer and water. I would have appreciated more than one power sockets next to the bed to charge mobile phones and tablet. I thought the carpet could use some more cleaning - otherwise the rest of the room was very clean.
Easy walk to most points of interest, very clean, modern rooms - but they did not feel corporate. Modern, but with some warmth.
Rooms were OK, very clean, slept well and it was close to town though on a very unattractive street
Bad WIFI Bad TV Very poor breakfast Not vey "keen" staff at the reception and breakfast room
Room was comfortable, location is quite good, as it is close to city center although it is quiet area.
Facility in the room is poor: no coffee maker, only some refreshment in the minibar, small TV. Breakfast/bar is opening only at 7:30, so if you need anything earlier no way to get ANYTHING. WIFI was very small, ages to load a page.
Great location. Close to sea front and town centre. Staff on the reception and friendly and speak good English.
No swimming pool.
