Very professional staff. Both in reception, breakfast and restaurant. Rooms are very spacious. Good breakfast (though without scramble eggs). Bath without toilet brush. Not enough weights variety in the gym.

Nice and warm welcome, clean and spacious room. Nice breakfast, well taken care for. The wireless internet wasn't available, and only realised when leaving I could have requested a cable to plug in. My collegue was in the pending room, and due to the door in between I could listen to his telephonecall etc etc, which wasnt pleasant.

Su ubicación, junto a centro comercial, supermercados, bares de copas, restaurantes y todo tipo se servicios en Narón, y a la vez su tranquilidad (no oímos prácticamente ningún ruido, ni exterior ni interior). La habitación amplia y muy luminosa. El personal muy amable. Facilidad de aparcamiento. Mesa de trabajo perfecta. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Nos gustó mucho el hotel; cuando volvamos a Ferrol, elegiremos el mismo. Como en casi todos los hoteles españoles medios, colchón un poco duro y almohada muy baja para nuestro gusto. Pocas perchas. De todas formas, estoy segura que, de haberlo comentado en Recepción, habrían hecho lo posible por solucionarlo (eran muy amables, y por una noche no nos importó).

El diseño, el lugar al lado de la zona comercial, la limpieza, la atención y la calidad del hotel. El parking es amplio y nuevo. Tiene gimnasio. Todo bien. El calor que hacia, magnifico para invierno pero no para estos dias de calor. Al menos disponía de Aire acondicionado.

Hotel perfecto. Situación increible. Cerca de centro comercial de compras y cerca también de zona de copas. Me gusto mucho la habitación amplia, el acceso y zona de aparcamiento muy amplia. Un gimnasio nuevo muy bien preparado. El menú del día muy barato.Por encima de todas las cosas destacaría al personal todos ellos muy amables. Minibar muy caro.

Todo el hotel es muy acogedor pero especialmente las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y como de dos ambientes, íbamos con un bebé y nos resultó todo muy cómodo, además yo conozco la ciudad y está muy bien ubicado ya que está al lado de un centro comercial y de una zona de buenas cafeterías y cervecerías. El personal ha sido siempre muy atento. Pues la verdad es que me gustó todo.

Como siempre, la atención del personal. Esta vez, no sé qué pasaba con la calefacción (aunque nos dejaron un calefactor ¡genial!) ni con el wifi. Habitualmente, funcionan bien.
