-WIFI is extremely bad, and you have to pay for it!!! -Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. -Lots of noise outside at night,
Great positioning, clean hotel and helpful staff.
Limited fitness centre facilities.
Everything excellent except the night club nearby. Hotel has been renovated to a very stylish standard...all great.
Our room was 2nd floor window facing the side street where the nightclub lineup congregated from 12:30 to 3:00 in the morning...young clubbers having a good time which is fine but not so good for sleep. Best to ask for a room facing somewhere else. Our room was 229.
Great price. Clean room. Convenient. Accommodating staff. ALL GOOD
great location and walking distance to train station, market, royal palace and tapas restaurants. A/C in suite didn't work in one room. Front desk moved us to another room and provided free buffet for the inconvenience. Problem handled professionally with no excuses.
Easy reach of main train station, art gallery and museums. Short walk of the road leads you into main shopping district. Lots of restaurants and bars close by.
EVERYTHING, location, atmosphere, decor The luxurious feeling of the entire hotel. I enjoyed the balcony, the view........
Nothing to report
Excellent location. Near atocha railway and subway station.
Bad stuff attitude
Nice place, next to the metro, Renfe, good restaurantes, museums... and you can walk to several turistical places not too far.
I had to change of roomm two times. The firts was used, was not cleaned yet. The second had a very strong smell of cigarret. The third was awesome. But the staff was not very friendly.
Good location. Within walking distance to many attractions
terrace, great location
some drilling noise in the morning, loud airco unit. we're given a very small terrace in first instance, received great one after complainig
Close to Atocha metro and train station Close to Reina Sofia as well as the Prado
Be sure to ask for a room facing away from the street if you care about noise. The first few nights we stayed in a room with a street view and it was very loud. People are partying in the streets (there are a couple of nightclubs nearby) into the wee hours of the morning. We finally requested a room away from the street and it made a huge difference. While the location is convenient, there are not a lot of great restaurants or cafes (there are restaurant or cafes but they all seem to cater to tourists) nearby if that is what you are looking for.
Very clean and modern hotel. Great location.
Air condiioning was impossible to control.
Location Room Staff Service
Interior decoration, furnishings, bathroom, closets, lobby, bar
Breakfast-too much, too expensive.
Location was just perfect the staff wrer very helpful and kind specially the room attendant and loundary in general every thing was just perfect. I love being there. Thanks a lot
I had small problem with A/C and they tried their best to rectify but failed to do so and we were able to manage it .
Everything in general
No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Lack of toiletries, only 2 days out of three did we get shampoo and bath gel. No cream or shower cap which would have been appreciated.
we love everything in the hotel ,the bathroom was great, the breakfast really good ,the location was awsome .there is a lot to do arond the hotel.
We were given a room on the street side, which was very noisy. After spending a few minutes there, I realized I would not sleep well with the noise. We requested a change and were immediately switched to a room on the inner courtyard. It was perfect! Comfortable and very quiet. Request a courtyard room if you have noise issues. The location was very good, near all museums.
You have to request and pay (not much) internet access every day. Breakfast is not great.
I was unable to make a phone call from room phone.
The room is clean, the breakfest is good and the location is the best!
Cheap interior material. Hard bed.
Thr breakfast Was very good
No free internet
