アトーチャ駅の直ぐ近くの立地。ソフィア王妃芸術センターまで徒歩２分。プラド美術館まで徒歩８～１０分。部屋は清潔で大変良いホテルです。次回も利用したいと思います。 |

駅に近く、観光地にも近く便利であった。スタッフの対応も良かった。 空調の噴出し口がベッドに面しており、風が顔に直接当たるので、ベッドを移動した。 |

非常にきれいで、アメニティー・設備もとってもよかったです。いつも、受付・ホテル入り口付近には、ホテルの人がたっていて、安心して入ることが出来ました。丁寧な英語にて対応してもらい、少し無愛想な人もいましたが、掃除の尾おばちゃんも対応が良くて好印象でした。場所もアトチャ駅に近く、駅からの道も大きな通りにあり、不安を感じませんでした。非常に快適で、また利用したいと思いました。 |

アトーチャ駅から近いのがなんと言っても良かった。お部屋も広く子供用のエキストラベット（大人と同サイズ）を無料で用意してくれた。 洗面台の水の排水が悪く、顔を洗っていると水があふれそうになる。 |

部屋も広めで清潔感があり良かったと思います。 美術館・アトーチャ駅の近くで便利でした。 生ハムを買ったのですがチェックアウト後も冷蔵庫に保管してもらえました。 夜のホテル周辺の環境はあまりよくない感じをうけました。 |

Close to train station and the museums. Nice room, good shower. Didn't use any other facilities (like breakfast, too expensive) of the hotel so cannot comment on that. Nearest metrostation was out of order, would rather have known this in advance, since it would have been a problem if I had decided to travel from the airport via metro (luckily I chose a taxi because of limited available time). |
