location was convenient to museums and numerous restaurants and other shopping paying four Euros for one half hour of Internet and closure of the nearest Metro because of construction (not the hotel's fault but may have chosen a different hotel if we had known) |

Convenience, staff attitude good, breakfast good but a little expensive. bed - Thick mattress (hard) but with hard topped base. NOT comfortable,why oh why do many hotels choose these - MONEY!!! |

It was comfortable, convenient and the staff were very helpful and efficient, it was very close to the Prado and other museums The street location was not the best (the street was not too nice) and design of the lobby was also a bit cold |

Good location, quiet, good sized clean rooms (wooden flooring) with nice decor (looks newly refurbished). Booked a double but got a twin room. Seems to happen a lot also at other hotels. |

The perfect location if you are arriving by train at Atocha station - it's walking distance. The room was well appointed and the staff were helpful. I thought the breakfast buffet was pricey, but they did have great food. |

Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Good variety at breakfast. Breakfast was rather expensive. Restaurant staff were stand-offish - a few smiles would have gone a long way. |

The location of the hotel is perfect. We were looking for a hotel near the train station, (it is just about a block away), but it is also close to the Prado and other museums, and to parks, plazas, shops, and restaurants in the heart of Madrid. |

The location was excellent. It was modern and very clean. I booked the room having seen the photo of the double room on the website but the room we were allocated was not atall like it. I was disappointed. . |

Really nice clean modern comfortable room, a good size with an arm chair and foot stool for watching tv. Lovely large bright bathroom with a good powerful shower. The air conditioning wasn't really working so it was really hot and uncomfortable at night (And thats in Feb!). Couldn't open the window because o ftraffic and there was loads of people outside the nightclub next door which went on until about 6am! Bath screen had no seal on the bottom so the floor got soaked.Don't take the hotels restaurant reccomendation for the one around the corner near Reine Sophia, Dominio de antargu - really overpriced and awful food (they gave me lay's potato chips as a side for my €30 main course! |

It is very convenient for those who want to visit the art museums frequently because the hotel is just next to the 3 big museums in Madred. And it is near Atocha train station and metro. Receptionists are efficient but not warm. |
