Internet at 8 floor was very poor

The staff were particularly helpful in assisting us with our future travel arrangements. The breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruit and baked goods. The location was central to all the tourist attractions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used their laundry service for a big wash as we were back packing. It came back neatly folded and presented beautifully for only 14 euros.

Friendly staff. Location near city center but not too far to walk to train station. Little elegant touches in art.deco sort of design. For example, monogrammed linens a lovely touch and good quality paper products.

Tiny elevator...beautiful but tiny which is not unusual in Europe

Location was excellent, within easy walk of Cathedral and other sights. Staff very friendly and rooms comfortable.

Location of the Hotel is excellent, a couple of minutes to all the sights and not far from the RENFE Railway station. The room was not spacious but very warm and clean with a good size bathroom. Beds were comfortable, there was not any noize from inside or outside, nice place to sleep. Staff is polite. And the price is very reasonable.

Location

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. While all photos on booking.com are spacious and have new wooden floors, mine was nothing like expected, and when I asked for a different one, the receptionist herself told me that all the rooms in the hotel had old furniture and old carpets, just like mine. Or maybe she was just saving the few quality rooms for other guests. Not acceptable for what I paid for staying there.

Hotel arquitetónicamente interessante e bonito, óptima localização, pessoal atento, simpático e eficiente. Estadia muito agradável.

Excelente ubicación con respecto a los monumentos más importantes del casco antiguo de la ciudad.

Pésimo servicio en la recepción pues nos han cargado doble el coste de la habitación en la tarjeta de crédito. Perdimos tiempo valioso en arreglar el descuido del personal del hotel al hacer el trámite de reembolso, además del mal rato al aclarar el descuido de ellos.

Como ya dije en la encuesta que deje a mi salida, los focos que hay sobre la cabecera de la cama los eliminaría y pondría un punto de luz en cada mesita para poder leer, el que quiera. Actualmente cuando se encienden molestan muchísimo a la vista.

Hemos estado encantados

El personal encantador, nos dieron una suite de superior categoría a la que teníamos reservada. El personal de recepción muy muy profesional y amables.

Sólo tiene un ascensor y es escaso para el tamaño del hotel. El corredor del hotel resulta ruidoso, hace mucho eco.

Amabilidad del personal, céntrico y sin ruidos de la calle. Habitación amplia

Almohadas un poco delgadas, al solicitar una mayor sólo tenían otras similares pero en unos minutos la llevaron a la habitacion.

El trato del personal es exquisito.
