Great location, right in the center of the city. We spent Easter, and reached everything (monuments, bars, restaurants, shops, train station...) with a short walk. Distribution of the room (toilet, bath) was unusual, and wardrobe a bit small.

The rooms are modern, the building is a fine piece of interior architecture, good location for the city museum and Leon cathedral. Lots of good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were very helpful. Air con didn't work but we didn't complain.

La situación del hotel y el personal del hotel. Para ser un cuatro estrellas las habitaciones parecen de un dos estrellas. La noche anterior estuve en un 3 estrellas en Ponferrada que estaba mejor.

La situación del hotel es muy buena. La relacion calidad precio se dispara por estar en "Semana Santa". Los desayunos son poco variados, el cafe pésimo y muy poca cantidad de zumo(solo un vaso por desayuno y únicamente naranja) Al llegar al hotel deje el coche en la puerta y me indicaron que no había problema en dejarlo en dijo lugar hasta el dia que marchase, pues el segundo dia me hicieron moverlo!?!?!?!

La estancia ha sido bastante agradable. El personal del hotel muy atentos y amables. Lo bueno de este hotel es la situación, muy céntrica, que te permite aparcar el coche e ir a todos sitios andando.

La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca del centro histórico. El hotel está bien conservado y limpio. Buen desayuno, aunque caro como en todos los hoteles. Problema claro con el aparcamiento. El hotel dispone de parking de difícil acceso para cualquier coche que no sea un Smart. Las calles circundantes son "Zona verde" y hay que ir echando dinero a las máquinas incluso en sábado. Incluso la carga y descarga son problemáticas.

Está en el centro y cerca de todo. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial. La habitación estándar es algo pequeña, especialmente el cuarto de baño (dos personas dentro se molestan). La puerta del cuarto de baño es traslúcida por lo que si vas con alguien más que quiere seguir durmiendo, molestas.

El hotel esta en una ubicacion excelente, a pocos metros del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y los colchones no permiten un buen descanso.
