Buffet petit déjeuner très très moyen !! Chaleur terrible dans la chambre située au dernier étage (neuvième) et climatisation non opérationnelle. En fait, il y a dans la chambre un système chauffage / climatisation qui était encore en mode chauffage !! Prix des chambres excessif pour la prestation proposée !! Très mauvais rapport qualité / prix !!

Trotz früher Anreise, sofort ein Zimmer erhalten. Lage und Anbindung in die Innenstadt und zum Flughafen sehr gut. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Priset var helt ok rum för de pengarna. Nära tunnelbana Maria Cristina och nära Camp Nou. Frukosten var för dyr tykte jag. Åt ute varje morgon.

quando si accettano prenotazioni per coppie adulte o singoli, non e' possibile contemporaneamente ospitare squadre di calcio giovanili o scolaresche intere: in tal caso o si avvisano gli eventuali ospiti o si provvede a sistemare i gruppi prevedibilmente rumorosi in modo da non arrecare eccessivo disturbo all'albergo. Per esempio si ospitino i gruppi al primo piano cosi' il chiasso se lo godono in reception e basta, Grazie dell'attenzione.

niente.stavano ristrutturando,polvere-rumori di prima mattina e tarda sera.assegnazione di stanza con lenzuola usate dai precedenti ospiti,bagno sporco.odori di acidi per pittura.mi aspettavo lusso ma nemmeno una caramella.meritava 12 euro come negli ostelli. mai più.cento volte meglio il bonanova.per tutti i pernottamenti fatti meriteremmo un pò di sconto.

Elegimos este hotel por la cercania al sitio donde íbamos a estar casi dos dias. La ubicacion del mismo es lo único destacable. No me ha gustado absolutamente nada del hotel de puertas adentro.Me parece que de las cuatro estrellas le sobran como minimo dos.Es como una pensión medianamente decente. En mi opinión necesita una remodelación urgente.Las instalaciones están más que obsoletasy el precio un robo a mano armada.

La ubicacion Hay que decir que es viejo y no se ha reformado. La habitacion muy ruidosa ( ruido de agua de tuberias y del pasillo) , el baño con cortina de tela ( un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene que cuidar estos detalles) En general flojo para su categoria.

El personal del hotel es muy amable No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, por lo tanto es demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Las camas son muy duras, el desayuno poco surtido, todo y que el personal se esfuerza mucho en que este todo bien con amabilidad y simpatia

La habitación era muy amplia y la cama muy grande El baño viejo, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. Con cortina en la bañera en vez de mampara.De cortesía únicamente había gel y champú (ni siquiera un peine, que tuve que pedir en recepción). Y tan solo un rollo de papel higiénico ya empezado. Fuimos al baño mi pareja y yo, y se acabó. Fuimos un domingo por la noche y la cafetería y el restaurante estaban cerrados. Todo un poco justo para ser un 4 estrellas.
