The locate for us was fantastic for shops , metro and the train...

The bath was covered in mold and mildew.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Our overall experience was good.

There was noise the first night, which was very annoying. But it was fixed the next day immediately.

Service was good

Very small room for triple room. Beds vey uncomfortable. Elevator very small for tall building. Not 4 stars hotel

Location is great, the staff go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Definitely staying here again.

The hotel is excellent for an economic or business trip. I am woman, 30 years old and I was travelling alone for tourism in Barcelona. I stood for 4 days in a indivual room which was nice, clean with free wi-fi and warm as I went on winter. The best benefit of the hotel is the location which is really close to main and nice streets from Barcelona with a lot of people until late of night. Because of it I felt secure to walk alone. The staff seemed really kind as well.

The reception could have some seats for people waiting until be attended. And the entrance of the hotel should have a ramp for those ones with huge luggage. It only have a short stair.

Best location in Barcelona. Great value for money. Large room. Nice staff. Good breakfast

Simple furniture and bed

Location was superb. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with a gorgeous view. Free wifi.

The lobby is very small!

I like the location, the center

I didnt like that there is no big reception like 4star hotels I didnt like the hotel from outside looked like a motel. you cant tell I didnt like that it is 4 star and me and my family couldnt tell if it is 2 or three, but not more

Ideal location

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable although dated, the location was great. all of this is only to be expected from a 4* hotel.

I don't understand how this is a 4* hotel. It has no restaurant and no bar. No room service. No food or beverages except from a soft drinks machine!

There wasnt a bar open like most hotels

Room is really small! You have to wait 10 mn to have hot water for the shower ! I was just behind the sign "hotel" so no view at all to the place. Elevator are outside age. 63 tv channels but all in spanish. Fruit juice at breakfast are disgusting...

Location and helpful, polite staff

The room i got was not what was shown to me on the web site so i was very disappointed.

Primarily location

love the warm and dependable service of the staff at husa barcelona paticularly the chaps at the front desk. As a solo female traveller, their good advice especially during the time of the huelga nacional (which coincided with my holiday) spared me from the tension that arose from this event. I also love their breakfast, which however simple, gave a pretty good amount of (and healthy!) choices considering i stayed there for 5 days. For a small, no frills hotel, their standard of service is quite impeccable! Bravo! :)

perhaps their decor is a little bit outdated and the overall look of the hotel is quite tired and dated. Also the step up from the small lobby to the elevator may need somekind of ramp of help guests carrying heavy luggages.

The staff were wonderful. They were friendly and very helpful. We ate at 2 of the most amazing restaurants based on a recomendation from one of your staff. The location is perfect for vacationing, close to everything but just enough off the main road to not be noisy.

The beds were very hard. We never slept very well. I would recommend an upgrade in the mattresses.

Perfect location and very helpful staff

The location was convenient to airport and cruise port. We arrived very early and the friendly staff secured our luggage until our rooms were ready. Good cafes across the street - very close to La Ramblas and excellent dining. Front Desk Staff (Lamil) very helpful for navigating the city / ordering cabs etc.

Sometimes noisy during early morning hours - street and hotel neighbours slamming doors!
