Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet but pretty convenient location -a good walk into central Almeria or a 5-minute taxi ride.

Nice and clean room. Staff was friendly and attentive. Good location, next to a large shopping where you can probably leave your car for free (check it!). Good wi-fi connection. Good although expensive breakfast

It is easy to hear noises from the corridor and other rooms.

Comfort and size of room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. General decor very pleasant and modern. Easy to find and street parking good

Wanted to stay in the hotel and eat on the Friday evening but the Resturaunt was closed. It was difficult to find a nice Resturaunt close by and we had to go quite a way to find somewhere with a good menu. Would have been nice to have a kettle with provision of tea and coffee in the room.

Free parking nearby. Breakfast OK. Room OK. Take a bus to the town at least one way when you want to see Alcazaba. Easy driving to very nice beaches.

don't choose the hotel if you prefer the town life.

The Price. The staff - they are very friendly and helpful. Comfort - the room was very comfortable and, above all, spotlessly clean.

The air conditioning is a bit loud, but I didn't find it particularly annoying

Next door to shopping mall. Food was good but I only had breakfast. Check in/out easy. very friendly staff

Wifi or rather lack of it. Parking is in an underground car park and is very tight on the corners. you also get charged £10 per night. There is a free outdoor car park at the Mall which is only a 2 minuet walk away

A real gem. Wonderful staff - hands on example from the manager. Good easy parking and value for money. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Almeria.

    Everything was absolutely fine.

Smell of cleaning products. Disrespectful families partying and making noise. Dogs barking at night in the hotel...yes dogs. (I assume it was an isolated case)

Lots of space in the room.

Quite a long way from the centre of Almeria. I walked, but it was possible to take a bus. I was unlucky to stay there on a night when there was a group of noisy guests.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom. WiFi works fine. Good bed.

A bit far from the station but bus line 2 serves it well (get off at Centro Comercial or Calle Italia.)

The access is very easy at the A7 Autovia from Málaga and there are good directions down town. The hotel is modern with a smart design, huge room, nice furniture and and excellent bed. The room has a good sound protection and is nice ventilated. Buses nr. 2 and 11 downtown depart just outside the hotel and cost just 1.05 euros. There is good shopping facilities in the Mediterranean Centre nearby including some restaurants in the neighbourhood.

WIFI tended to be medium strength on my Ipad, but it count positive that it's free and stable.

The staff was very nice, went out of their way to accommodate our needs and the rooms were very clean.

A bit too much fake air freshener in the room after cleaning. The smell was overpowering but leaving the windows open helped.

The hotel is easy to locate, when arriving from Malaga just follow the third road to Almeria. Hotel is modern with nice rooms. Breakfast is good. WIFI was free, but was too unstable.

Take notice, that the hotel is located quite far away from the center, but I chose it on purpose, so I could park my car for free nearby. Actually, I parked on the side street at the hotel and could see it from my room window. Room was clean and comfortable, everything worked as expected. It was also very quiet despite being near the main street - but maybe because I was facing a side street (overlooking that big shopping center - where by the way you can leave the car parked overnight as well!).

My whole floor stank a lot. I don't know what it was, some chemical stuff they use for cleaning probably, but it was quite an aggressive odour (and I'm not really that sensitive, mind you!). The room was fine, seems only the corridors were affected. Be warned, Almeria is quite a boring city, very dirty and stinky. Just go through the streets out of the tourist maps and you'll see its real, ugly face. It was the lowest point of my Andalucia visit this year and I wanted to just pack and get on the plane home, I was that disappointed. Fortunately, my trip ended in Granada, a beautiful, different world.

The friendly staff and the fact they helped with my needs, and can both speak and understand English.

The wall are thin, and noisy neighbours

    Very good value for money

Not so close to the center of the city. You need car, but no problems to park
